This was definitely a follow up to the storyline and characters in book 1. I just found that not much really happened? Yes, there were some developments in the plot and some twists presented to and by several characters BUT... it seemed mediocre.

Novella that tells some of the backstory of the White Road Chronicles. Not a fan. Still good writing and would have gone over better if maybe read first. It was OK. No swearing or sexual content. Some violence. I give it 3 stars.
