Darrell Pitt is a long-time fan of comics, science-fiction, and anything that would make the 'cool kids' cringe. Seriously, he remembers literally sprinting home from school one day to watch the next episode of Doctor Who because the previous episode ended on a cliffhanger (although, didn't they all?).
He has a lifelong interest in superheroes, monsters, science fiction and anything involving spaceships or zebras. (If your eyes furrowed at the mention of the word, zebras, yes, it’s true. He really likes zebras. He hasn’t written a book yet that features an all zebra crew on a spaceship where they encounter superheroes or monsters – but there’s still time!)

Not as strong as the others in the series. I really hate it when authors resort to using time travel as a plot device, IMO this is laziness. Along with the stupid poke at a love triangle I could not give this more than 3 stars and that was generous.

The book that I decided to read this month was book 4 in the teen superheroes series The Twisted Future by Darrell Pitt. I liked this book it was very good everything from the cover to the words in side was amazing I’ve been reading this series and this might be one of the best as always it had a good compelling storyline with very interesting character development favorite character in this book was Axel because he acts a lot like I would in some of the situations that he is in and his powers are awesome. my favorite quote is “We’re superheroes that makes us better than the average person, i'm sure Hitler thought the same thing.” I Like this quote because I think its cool that they acknowledge that just because they have powers doesn't mean there better than all other people. I liked the major over all theam of this book If I would have to choose one it would be the butterfly effect because the guy from the future wants them to kill some guy who is innocent and that will cause something else to happen and that will cause something else to happen and etc. until the world is saved and that works because the butterfly effect which is like dominos so the overall major theme of the book is the butterfly effect.

Story is good with group traveling to future. But, the way chapters are placed aren't good. Axel the main characters hardly appears after 5 or 6th character. He storyline missing almost for 20 odd characters. And Dan and henry storyline seemed forced and simply inserted. Better, he would have also sent to future.

My heart ached when Chad kissed Brodie. 😒

I really hope Axel and Bordie endup together. 🤞
