Idris King is a twenty-six year old ebony god, at least that’s how the ladies refer to him as. London born and raised with a little something extra written on his family tree that is a well-kept secret from the human eye. He spends his days as the head of his retired father’s company and spends his nights fulfilling the desires of willing and able women that have no clue what lies beneath his smooth, tamed exterior. Yes, he definitely lives the life fit for a King with no intentions of appointing a Queen, to the disappointment of some of his conquests.
When Idris was asked to join his company with his uncle's company in the states because he became ill, Idris jumped at the opportunity. He already considers the man as family so he sees no problem with combining the two together plus it opens the door to explore some uncharted territory for his extracurricular needs.
Once Idris meets the “one” that nature has appointed as his better half, will he ignore the strong pull that is most obvious to his inner beast or will he fall victim and succumb to the need to settle down with the exotic beauty?

Heavy Is The Head

Wow! We are getting one heck of a good story. The writer has mixed in old folklore and a sexy crazy romance and throw in a crazy stalker who can't get a clue, then you have the making of a really good story. The writer waves a web to slowly draw you to and in the story and you will like where it takes you and the characters involved. The plot may be one you've seen before but the writer brings a fresh set of downs and it rolls.Hope it doesn't take too long for the next installment.

Pleasantly surprised!

I got this book a few months back but did not know if I would like it. I read the book in 2 days and the book was really good. The book has few typos but it don't take away from the book. I hate how King did Monica but I am happy they are together. I wonder what will happen to Darian and Rachial? Cynthia is crazy and they need to be careful she is a little deranged!

Interesting enough...
This was an interesting read, enough to keep you engaged. The characters weren't as special as I'd like seeing that this is a paranormal read, they were basically normal for the most part. The story needs some work, the missing words and small issues didn't take too much away but was noticeable. I'd read the next one.

Loved it!

This is my first book by this author, but it won't be my last! I loved Idris and Monica's story and was sad to see it end! And to top it off, a cliffhanger! This was okay for me because I did not want the book to end! Please hurry with the finale to this book, and onto Darien and Rachel's story!

Smoking hot!

I was introduced to this author and this book in a Facebook reading group and I can tell you I was not disappointed. The sex scenes had me blushing at work. When I tell you I was taking bathroom breaks to finish reading g the chapter I am telling you the truth. An amazing book and I am looking forward to reading more from this author.

A true king

I loved the characters and the storyline. I was caught up in what would happen next. I was happy that some women still had morals to hold on to their virginity. Especially in this day and age of modern technology. I can't wait to find out what happens next!!

Okay

They were a lot of inconsistencies. I expected King to be an alpha male werewolf, but he was a sexy, indecisive and whining man. One minute he wanted Monica, the next he was running away from her, even though he knew she was his mate. Really??? Nope, didn't care for this one.
