3.5⭐️ When You’re Ready. Fue el mejor libro del set, me gustó la relación de Logan con Maddie, fue lindo ver su cambio de 180° y que no sólo tuvo conexión inmediata con Clare, sino también con Mad.
2.75⭐️. Never Been Ready. No me gustó como Leah fue célibe, pero Declan no, sin embargo, lo dejé pasar porque es un libro del 2014.

3 book set where stories of family and friends intertwine into an amazing set of books
When You're Ready- Clare lost her husband Ethan when their daughter was a baby, he left her a letter labeled "when you're ready" she meets Logan in the emergency room years later. It is amazing how your heart can heal and open when the time is right- Just Wonderful group of family and friends- Clare's family are wonderful people who open their home and hearts to everyone no judgment just love.
Never Been Ready-Leah is Clare's best friend since she was a child, she chooses to avoid relationships but she meets Hollywood Hunk Declan a friend of Logan's and both find their way towards each other and trust that neither had found in anyone else- Might be my favorite of the 3...just barely.
Ready for You- Garrett is Clare's brother and his heart has been broken by his high school sweetheart when she just disappeared after graduation and she is back in town. This one broke my heart...but incredible story I totally recommend the whole series to you readers FANTASTIC Bravo JL Berg

When Your Ready

I bought this bundle for this book and who doesn't love getting more books for the same price as one.
I really enjoyed the beginning of this book but as it went along I felt nothing really happened even though it did. I just felt they were happy go lucky all throughout, which I normally love, that it was just missing something to give it that extra umph.
I did enjoy this book, I just wasn't my cup of tea.

The Ready Series was such a great read. I got this series as a freebie and was so surprised at how addicted I was reading these. The Ready Series centers around a family who has suffered lots of lost. The first book, When You Are Ready, centers around Clare Matthews, a newly widowed mother and Logan, the rich doctor that is looking for the piece of himself that has been missing. This is their love story. It is filled with lots of tears, laughter, and shocking twists. The second book, Never Been Ready centers around Clare and Logan's best friends- Leah and Declan. Leah has become an adopted member of Clare's family since a young girl. Having lost her mother and growing up with an abusive father, Leah has always sought freedom and love the Matthews household offered. Declan is Logans good friend. The wild child movie star doesn't fall for woman, until he meets Leah. Within this book, Leah and Declan grow before your eyes. Realizing they can rely on others and having the ability to love as well as recieve love. Again, the author inserts some pretty dramatic events that leave you page turning. Onto Book 3- Ready for You- this book centers around Clare's younger brother, Garrett and missing high school sweet heart Mia. Having been a shell of a man since Mia ran off on graduation night, Garrett has been going through to motions and constantly wondering what drove Mia away since she left all those years ago. Years later, Mia finally returns home and Garrett is immediately drawn to her once again. The secrets that burden these two are tragic and for once, love may not can conquer all the hurts of the past. Again, the author throws in even more trauma into the mix and a few more surprises for us readers. This series was a great read. I constantly rooted for these characters and willed their loves to succeed. The books are emotionally charged, addictive reads that you'll enjoy. Happy Reading

There were a lot of tears... When You're Ready was my favourite, followed by Ready for You. I liked Never Been Ready, but it wasn't as emotional as the other two. Love my Kobo recommendations which said I would enjoy this, because I really did. The characters were real and there was real emotional development, but there wasn't unnecessary drama at the same time. It was just lovely, real and beautiful. So good.

Wow!! What a brilliant series! I could not put them down once I fished one book I had to read the next! I loved all the characters and I'm glad they got their HEA I loved that you also had dual POV! which I love in a book!! Everyone needs to read this truly brilliant!!

The first book caught me from the beginning. The story line was real life. The second book started a little racy and continued that way. Book three took me by surprise. Not your typical book. The author kept you guessing but a real redemption story.

These are a must read. The first three in the Ready Series by J.L Berg.
Love and loss, finding new loves. New soul mates. It might not be easy. It's down right hard but it's worth it to take the risk. Each book the characters will just make you fall hard.
