Entangled: Part One

Rate this book
The last two and a half years have been tough for Miranda Lopez. The aftermath of her parents' death, a broken relationship and the barrage of responsibilities that followed have put her to the test. Now that she has some solid ground beneath her feet, it is time for her to indulge in a cruise to Mexico for some much deserved relaxation.

When Miranda meets Evan Cole, his devilish charm and hypnotic smile are just what she needs to make her feel desirable again. Miranda is enthralled by Evan and even if she isn't quite sure he is everything he claims to be, their steamy cruise-ship romance is more than enough to distract her.

Just when Miranda is ready to give up her hopes of seeing Evan again, he shows up on her doorstep ready to win her heart, but her college sweetheart isn’t going to make it easy for him.

When Tyler Bradshaw walks back into her life and into her bed, Miranda finds herself caught in a triangle of love where she learns how hard it is to trust your heart, when you’re surrounded by lies.

i was really digging this book until about chapter 10 or 11. i was definitely not expecting that and was a bit disappointed. The characters are pretty well written, not overly emotionally connecting with me, which is what i really look for in a book. Going to bed, so will start Part 2 when i wake up.

It was an ok book

this book would have been better if it wasn't left as a cliffhanger. I like what I read, but was disappointed it didn't end like a stand alone would.
