I have two guilty pleasures in reading: ancient aliens and conspiracy theories. With these you must always remember two very specific rules:
One, never take anything you read at face value or as the "final" answer.
Two, always keep an open mind and a good sense of humor.
This book was basically a collection of articles from Paranoia magazine which were selected to represent a best of the best of conspiracies. The articles were (for the most part) well put together and a pleasure to read. Some were more detailed than others while some were more opinionated. The compilers tried to keep an even flow of each to allow the reader to see different perspectives. Overall the book was a great read and at least gets your brain churning.
I enjoyed this book immensely as it highlighted some conspiracies I was not familiar with such as David Bowie's alien connection. It also brought some new light to subjects I had read about before. (Oswald-Hiddell).
Whether you enjoy reading conspiracies for fun or because you think they are all true, this book is an excellent read.
