The Cowboy Biker

Duke is big bad cowboy who is looking to settle a debt revolving around his childhood. Maci has been following Duke for sometime now looking for a story on the hitman. These two find out that they do have some things in common…like the chemistry they both feel.

This was a quick MC read, age gap romance, that was a real page turner.

The Biker's Last Rodeo is the fifth and last book in the Chaos Brothers MC series. This story is about Maci and Duke. She has been trailing and watching Duke since back in Texas, when she first watched him at a bar. Duke caught wind of her in Amarillo and has known she was there ever since. Between the two of them they have both been trying to find out all they can about the other. Maci so she can write an article for the paper she works for, or at least that is what she keeps telling herself. Duke so he can figure out if she if a distraction or dangerous. When they finally come face to face on the quiet streets of Rugged Mountain they both are not backing down and both are about to enjoy what happens next. There will be danger, mystery, suspense, friends, family, secrets, revenge, and a lot of running and passion along the way to Maci and Duke's perfect HEA.

Short, Sweet, and Smoking Hot!😘

Maci, and Duke's story wasn't what I expected, but it was pretty deep in some ways. Both Maci, and Duke have pain, that has been eating at them for years. Duke used violence, as a vigilante. Taking out Sum that the law can't. All the while trying to find the person responsible for the accidental death of his parents. Maci was abandoned at 4 years old at the diner, and was bounced from one foster home to the next, but was never adopted. Somehow, her tracking Duke as an interesting story to write, had him alert, and aware of her, and finding out her whole life story. They end up together, and it's pure Dom, and Sub vibes, and she ends up showing him what he's been searching for. He in turn gives her, what she never dreamed she could have! Beautiful HEA ending. The Biker’s Last Rodeo is wildly entertaining and unexpectedly sweet! I’ve been wanting Duke’s and Maci’s stories since they were each first introduced in this series, and it does not disappoint. Her erratic behavior and off the cuff choices make so much more sense now. Duke’s grumpiness, thought processes, and disappearing acts are also more understandable. I love these two for each other—they are polar opposites in many ways and yet have a deep level of understanding the emotions behind their past experiences. This is a fun and fast-paced novella with action and intensity.

Maci has been chasing Duke for months, convinced there is a story for her to write for the newspaper. She thinks that she has been subtle, but she's about to find out Duke knew she was following him all the time. This is a short, steamy read that is so good. The plot is excellent. It tells the story of two broken people with difficult pasts who choose to look to the future instead of dwelling on the past. I enjoyed this book so much!

Way to wrap up this series

Duke and Maci do a dance that is funny, passionate, and so heartfelt it hurts. They are both suffering from personal traumas that steers the way they are choosing to live their lives. However, all of that changes once the hunter catches his prey. Maci has a wild side to her that seems to entice Duke's curiosity. What Duke doesn't see coming is the impact his bunny will have on his long-term decision making. Their story gets sizzling hot at some point, and is a great way to wrap up the Chaos Brothers series.

Maci is a young reporter, and Duke is an older MC/hitman. I love how the author brought Maci and Duke together and how these two complete opposites find love when they least expected to. This is a quick read, but it isn't missing a thing. From the instalove, age gap romance, and believable characters to their intense chemistry and happily ever after this is a definite five-star read. The Biker's Last Rodeo is book five and a steamy addition to the Chaos Brothers MC series. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Chaos Brothers MC book

Duke was a hitman and Maci was a reporter looking for a story. Maci knew Duke could be dangerous but she continued to follow him. But, Duke knew Maci was following him because he did a back ground check on her and he knew that she was on her own. But, what neither of them knew was thier life was about to change for the better. Great story and ending to Chaos Brothers MC series.

This was a great story about found family, healing after trauma, how that looks for different people. Obviously it was also a spicy, short, age gap, virgin heroine romance, with a side note of the MMC being a biker in an MC (honestly didn’t come up a lot during the story).
Great escape read.

The Last One

This was the last in the "Chaos Bothers MC" series. This was a great series to read. Just like this book, an age gap romance as all the bikers find love, action, adventure and rescue not only their women, but themselves. Once they did that they all found their HEA.
