so once again like most of the "Fifty Shades of Grey" billionaire books out there, it has an arrogant business man and a down to earth woman who is a very talented musician. She is curvy and unsure of herself and she wonders why does this man take such interest in her. But he is interested in getting to know her more and she loves it. His family on the other hand doesn't want him to have anything to do with her saying that she is not the type that he should be associating with and it will look bad on the business. He brings out a side of her that she didn't know she possessed. When things start to look great she starts getting threatening letters and was attacked it to herself but then once she get her favorite job with a music company in NY and the building goes up in flames she is terrified. Then tragedy strike with an earthquake and she has been temporarily paralyzed and has to rely on him to get her places, things become too complicated when his aunt and no good cousins comes and tells her she needs to leave him alone and they will do anything to make that happen. She decides that they need a break from one another and just when she was trying to regroup up pops his cousin at her new job and then she gets some shocking news that the girl that has been playing her lovers decoy girlfriend is "pregnant" with his baby.. CLIFFHANGER

Una grata sorpresa este libro. Muy lejano a lo que esperaba algo asi como tipo 50 sombras. No es de lo mejor es decir es el tipo comun hombre millonario etc. etc. pero se deja leer y no cansa. Escenas de sexo no jartan y no son la mayoria del libro cosas muy importante para mi en otras palabras tiene contenido, historia y accion.

The story COULD be good, but it isn't. Adam is closed off, won't let Elea into his life, even though there's stuff going on that REALLY concerns her. Elea is successful on her own, yet she'll throw caution to the wind for Adam, even knowing something isn't right with their relationship. She gets threatened and attacked because of him, yet doesn't tell him until she's almost forced to.

Characters are one-dimensional. There's no back story to their lives. You'll have to purchase 3 more volumes to come to the end of their story.

This book DOES end on a cliffhanger, which it doesn't specify. You need to have money to purchase the next 3 volumes. Lame.

I honestly only read this book for a challenge, so just know that. This book was not for me. It's not that it was a bad book or anything, I just didn't like it. I didn't like the characters. I thought Adam was too possessive. I did not like that they called each other by their last names. I mean it's strange! It's like it was in the past, but it was actually in the present. Honestly, there was a cliffhanger at the end of this book, but I am 100% positive I will not be continuing this series. However, I will say that the book was written well, I just didn't like it.

Ve beh.. che dire.. Non mi aspettavo un capolavoro ma è stato ancora meno di quello che mi aspettavo. Quanto meno credevo ci fosse un miliardario dominatore copiato da Mr. Gray invece il tipo è solo miliardario e non domina neppure i suoi affari.
La storia scontata manca anche di pathos, di passione e di erotismo.
C'è una vena che vuole essere gialla ma che non riesce a renderlo meno scontato.
Leggete la prima metà della prima pagina e siete apposto. Ma potete saltare pure quella.

Intrigante il mistero che si cela dietro la storia di Adam bello, miliardario e terribilmente sexy e Elea giovane, un po’ in sovrappeso e eccezionale violinista. Fastidiosi invece sono il cugino e la zia di lui. Incredibile la sfortuna che di abbatte su Elea dopo aver conosciuto Adam. Appassionante il loro rapporto, lettura carina

A little to instalove 4 me - though, the suspense/stalking/threats from his family were interesting. It actually made sense that there would be such high threats because of his billionaire status. Though the cliffhanger sucks. But dang, I also wasn't expecting that type of accident to actually befall the main character. Good job on the unexpected there

Another catastrophe at every new situation of their relationship. And the meddling cousin doesn't help matters.

Nothing new, nothing major. Just a set of book that gives you a instant adrenaline rush because of its strong use of language. An extra star for that rush.

I found her writing style lacking and a little irritating. So many "!" and "..." like she doesn't know what they're used for 😕

She does have some originality and doesn't completely fall into clichés left and right, so this was still interesting. Unfortunately, I found the two main characters completely lacking chemistry and the female protagonist was extremely annoying. I'm not sure if she was supposed to be a little overweighted or just very curvaceous, but her deplorable attitude towards herself got old fast. I know what the author was trying to do, but it could have been executed better. She just came off as someone who complains all the time and looks down on herself for nothing and everything.

The lack of communication between Éléa and Adam was frustrating. If they really want to be a couple, a minimum of conversation and explanation is needed 🙄

A disappointing read, but the author has potential, so I wish her success in her future books, but I won't be reading the second part of this story.

This was a terrible set it wasn't well written as some people say it was very clunky and although I need to know what happens next I will not be spending my pennies on the next set I would have it was free but thats how they reel you in. There was no descriptive sex scenes and although these can get boring if there are too many there was none at all. There were too many things that weren't explained they just happened there was no background to any of the characters i'm sorry but I wouldn't recommend this book to anyone its a one from me

I couldn't get into this one at all. It just seemed like it was trying to hard to be like Fifty Shades of Gray but failed miserably. I didn't even make it through half of it before I had to stop reading. I love romance and erotic romance books, however this book just wasn't for me. It felt to choppy and I felt that it would just skip over things. The writing to me just wasn't very smooth or intriguing.

I've th enjoyed this story so far. Adam is infatuated with Elea. He treats her with so much love and compassion. He wants to take care of her every need. He is so gentle, patient, loving, and compassionate. But His family is determined to tear them apart. So far it's working. Elea pushes Adam away because she doesn't want to cause him problems. But then she finds out the woman she's seen him with is pregnant with his baby. What the heck I'm shocked. Cannot wait to read the rest.

It was pretty good and I really enjoyed it. It got me connected fast with the characters. It has potential.
But then I saw that there are 3 or 4 more books in the series with them and I don't think I will pay all that money to buy them all. Part 10-12 is the last if I'm not mistaken. So Maybe some other time or when they are on sale (if they will ever be). But for the moment I will stop with this first part.

Not what I expected

This series was kind of confusing. Crazy family dynamics that are never quite explained and they keep getting weirder. Bi-polar characters that just get worse. Best part of the book was.............the end. It ended as a cliffhanger and for once I don't care because it finally ended.

Decent

Well written love story. Enjoyed this box set better than 50 shades of grey. Can't wait to follow their story further.
