The last of the Delphie books in the series. I felt this book was weaker than the previous five. It involves a Midsummer Night's Dream, with the prince falling in love with the Sugar Plum Fairy. How does Delphie solve this problem? By poisoning the prince to fall back in love with his princess of course. I couldn't help but feel this was a dodgy move. And then they go and poison the Rat King, and, well... ain't so nice.

But hey, Delphie passes her magical shoes on when she outgrows them, which is a nice gesture.

Maybe a bit influenced by another review but yeah this one was a bit weak compared to the others, so this one gets 4/5. But I loved reading it still and I loved what happens with her and the shoes for the end and how she adjusts. Can't wait to read about Rosa!

This Ballerina has an accident before the show & has hurt her foot. Delphie thought Sukie had done this on purpose to be the head of the Ballet show. As always magic happens with the Ballet shoes. Enchantment happens and it's up to Delphie to save the day.

Kniha pro děti od 6 let.

Pokračování příběhu Ely, která řeší, že kouzelné baletní střevíčky ji začínají tlačit.
Mě sice napětí nechávalo dost chladnou, ale dcera se nemohla dočkat konce, aby zjistila, jak to dopadne.
Pokud v ní tohle vyvolá lásku ke knihám, byla to velmi dobrá investice.

I think this book was good but, could’ve added more Adventure but other than that the book was great. And yes, this book has lots of characters but, my favourite character was Delphie.
