We knew it wasn’t going to be a walk in the park to lead all the villagers back to the fort at Camelot, but things become much more challenging when several children get scared and run off into the forest.
In our search for the missing children, we encounter a mysterious enchantress who leads us to a magical lake.
But nothing prepared me for what Myrthin has to say about the lake and what’s waiting for me at the bottom.
This is a great read, captured with the first book and thrilled with this second installment. Things get much more involved the assembly of people to move to the fort. The acquisition of Excalibur. Highly recommend
This second book in the series is even better than the first. Lots of action, and plot advancement. Elliot's character is brought out in more detail, as is the two female associates. Looking forward to the next book.
Elliott now has both swords and two lovers. The son of the current king are out looking for him although they do not have the slightest idea who he is.
