I’m Della Wild, author of the young adult novel Category Four, my debut book, which has been warmly received by both teenage and adult readers. I’m delighted to see it finding its audience and appreciate every reader who takes the time to rate or review it.
By day, I’m a Spanish and French teacher, and I’m currently based in Germany with my family. I’ve always loved writing and began by creating short rhyming children’s stories. These are available digitally and as free audiobooks on my website, along with matching activities for each story.
My favourite reads are thrillers, historical fiction and anything with a touch of paranormal mystery — witches, reincarnations, ancient prophecies and the like. I also love having Sherlock, Merlin, Downton Abbey or Outlander on the box, preferably with chocolate nearby.
My next novel, An Marú, a psychological thriller set in Ireland, has been accepted for publication and is currently in development. I’m very much looking forward to sharing more about it here in due course.

I came across this title at our school's book fair, thinking "Category Four" would be a good read over a long weekend. Little did I know that I had to force myself away from it in order to run my errands and spend time with my family! LOL I LOVED the mixture of history, travel across two countries and relatable characters with some unexpected twists and turns along the ride. Wow! I highly recommend this book to readers of any age.

I am half way through this book. I am really enjoying it. I like the different style and concept of the book.
I can’t believe this is the authors 1st book. Looking forward to finishing the story in the next few days and future books.
