Not my usual read, space, crazy Russians and nuclear weapons. What's not to love? The characters are great, and the situation out of this world. Jack should really think twice about taking a job for no pay!

A great adventure from the beginning. Jack is a delightful character, full of enthusiasm and persistence. His interest in rockets fuels the setting at the start of the story. The rest of the story has a lot of unexpected turns that make for an exciting YA adventure.
