The booktok girls got me again so I took one for the book club girlies and sacrificed 15 mins of my time. The most pointless 25 pages, if the author had put some effort in the concept had potential. If you’ve got a little bit of spare time, read it for the bants.

Well I got what I expected! I would have loved to get a little more story to the witch and the brothers but not bad.

Loved where this was going, but it needed a bit more story! 25 pages is a bit too short.
Cool concept and characters though! 💚

What's the saying? Curiosity killed the cat... but satisfaction certainly didn't bring it back

I literally have no words for this book, I literally thought I couldn’t read anything else that was just weird 🤣🤣.

A girl working in a plant shop, takes home 2 plants that come alive. They enjoy abit of naughty naughty time, they use their vines around her. She wakes up there back in plant forms cause they need a full magic moon to break the curse. Like at this point the girl ain’t even bored that she just had sex with 2 men that were plants. Like they ain’t even formed fully into human, guy has vibes coming out of him.

Wicked sister tracks them down, try’s to curse the poor girl but karma hits her back and guess who’s a plant now 🤣🤣🤣.

Yes the girl had sex with two plant men who had tinted green skin before the curse was broken (thank the lord I don’t own any plants)

Holy sexy plants… what did I just read?? 😂🌿

I picked this up fully expecting something ridiculous, and somehow it managed to be ridiculous and genuinely fun. This book is unhinged in the best way, so absurd, and laugh-out-loud funny. I mean… sentient, sexy plants??? I was not prepared, and yet here I am admitting I liked it.

It’s short, spicy, and doesn’t take itself seriously at all, which honestly made it perfect. Exactly the kind of cooky, chaotic palate cleanser I needed. If you’re looking for something weird, fast, and entertaining that makes you go “why am I enjoying this so much?”… this is it.

Zero regrets. Still laughing. 🌱🔥

What the heck 😃😃😃😃

Curiosity made me read this book from a funny TikTok I saw about it, this was definitely the most unhinged book I’ve ever read hahahahah

It’s only 25 pages but the plot has potential to be a really good full length book. Didn’t like the brothers aspect of it tho, why couldn’t they just be friends or something? I also wonder if there’s gonna be a part 2 because I wanna know what they did to get cursed.

3.5 ☆

Honestly, it wasn't bad !! I just wish it was longer so we could've figured out a little bit more about the witch and a little more about the men, but the writing wasnt bad at all. i think my low rating was just because of how short it was - being only 25 pages long. we didnt get many answers for the questions brought up lol. but it was enjoyable

What happens when two mysterious plants show up at the local plant shop where Ivy works? She tends them, takes them home, and gives them some TLC in the moonlight. This was cute, spicy, and a bit wholesome.

had me giggling the whole way thru

Just a short fun read. Different from other stories, and kept me entertained the whole time. Recommend for anyone who wants to dabble their toes in some sentient romance.

Lol, what did I just read. 😂 I like reading random weird books like this but this one left out a lot of details on why the guys were turned into plants, lol. And why when they were human the first thing they wanted to do was have relations with that girl. 😂😂

Was it a masterpiece? No
But it was fun and spicy and a book about 2 brothers cursed to be plants, coming to life on the full moon and showing a girl a good time. What more could a girl want out of 25 pages??? 🤣

I read this aloud in the break room. Our consensus was 1 star because we didn’t like that we didn’t find out why they were cursed in the beginning. And if she pruned the vines… why weren’t they missing body parts. no Lt. Dan situation or anything

There wasn’t enough wine for that. There could have been more graphic sex. The writing was fine. The plot was good.
