Sin Bin is a college hockey romance with a party boy hero, a heroine with a rebellious streak, and the sparks that fly when they’re anywhere near each other

Ollie

I didn’t plan for any of this to happen. Granted, if you polled the general population of Bainbridge University and asked which of the hockey players was most likely to get married in Vegas, my name would probably be first on the list. But the name of my lovely bride? That would be a shocker.

I’ve wanted Fallon Zabek since the moment I laid eyes on her a few years ago, but as my teammate’s sister, she was off limits. I’m known for doing things I shouldn’t, but I stayed on my best behavior and kept Fallon at arm’s length.

That wasn’t hard to do since I’m not her favorite person. All it takes is one night, two drunk confessions, and a pair of wedding bands to change everything.

Fallon

Freedom. It’s finally mine, and I’m determined to make the most of it.The overbearing father who ruled my life for far too long has no say in my choices anymore. I’m making my own plans, my own rules, and my own mistakes.

I never thought one of those mistakes would be getting tipsy and waking up married to Ollie Jablonksi.

All I want is to be on my own and to be calling the shots in my life, so agreeing to stay married is an awful idea. But the more time I spend with Ollie, the more I realize that when you’re with the right person, love isn’t suffocating, it’s liberating.

***

Sin Bin is the first book in Season Two of the Bainbridge U Hockey series, and it can be enjoyed as a standalone. If you love playboys who push the limits, heroines who give as good as they get, and spicy scenes that will melt your kindle, then buckle up for Ollie and Fallon’s love story!

This book is the first book in Season 2 of the Bainbridge Hockey series by Andi Burns and follows hockey defenseman Ollie Jablonksi and fellow student Fallon Zabek

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐.5
🤟 Enemies to Lovers/Reluctant Roomies

🤟 Toys as teammates

When Fallon needs a place to live, her very last choice would be in the vicinity of the boy she can't stand to look at. Well, that's part of the problem. Ollie Jablonski is undeniably hot, but one night two years before ruined any notions---or at least she thought. Though being in the same space has given her a new perspective and their attraction is undeniable. And when one Las Vegas trip leads to them being married, why waste the benefits?

Sin Bin was such a good time. I've been waiting for Ollie's book for so long and it didn't disappoint! Yes, our Love Doctor may not have the same confidence in his own abilities but his thoughtfulness and consideration is on point. He listened and remembered things about her even from years before. How sweet is that? Fallon was also a great match for him, challenging him and supporting him at the same time. Their individual and relationship tensions also stem from terrible family members, and while I think Fallon's situation was a little odd, it did add to the plot.

The chaos of the BU Wolves are back, including two new teammates added to the roster, one of which gets the next book and I can't wait to see who he ends up with.

Then there's the spicy scenes and OMG! This is definitely the steamiest of Andi's books I've read so far and it exceeded all my expectations, especially the one scene with another participant. The consent. The discussion and expectations laid out. Then THE SCENE. :fans self: I mean, there's nothing sexier than kinky consent kings and Ollie gets the crown. Everything was so healthy!

No lie-berries detected, Sin Bin is a delightful hockey romance that definitely delivers the sweet and spicy.

Thank you to Andi Burns for a copy of this ARC.

Andi…ANDI!!!! 😍😍😍 Coming in HOT with the beginning of the 2nd season of the Bainbridge Hockey series! I am OBSESSED! I have been on the edge of my seat waiting for Ollie and Fallon and Andi did NOT disappoint!

Forget everything you know about the whole accidental wedding in vegas trope before you read this. Is it the same format ? YES! But what makes this book different and SO DIFFERENT is the characters and the story line between them. They are complex and beautifully flawed and you can’t help but fall in love with them and their stories.

Ollie and Fallon have fallen out of grace with each other after an incident two years prior that left Ollie conflicted and pining, and Fallon angry and heartbroken. She’s been holding this anger against Ollie for two years, but with her roommate situation falls through, she’s forced to take her brothers offer of staying at the hockey house…and this unfortunately leaves her being roommates with the man she’s sworn to hate…Ollie.

Ollie is head over heels for Fallon. And things almost take off two years prior…but when he realised that she was his teammates little sister, he pumped the breaks and left…leaving Fallon rejected and angry. But the truth is, Ollie never stoped caring about her.

Fallon is deaf, and Ollie spends his time away from her learning sign language. So when Fallon moves in and realises that’s Ollie is able to communicate with her she’s definitely surprised..though she’s keen on keeping her facade of hate for him up.

The burn between these two is SLOW but definitely filled with a lot of tension and angst that makes you fan yourself and giggle. They are crazy for each other. And Ollie is willing to dive in , not caring about the consequences anymore. But Fallon is still gun shy after their past, and still trying to keep him at arms length.

One crazy night in Vegas that was SUPPOSED TO BE celebratory drinks with her brother after his game, turns into a drunken night with Ollie and wedding bells at the little white chapel. Ollie and Fallon wake up married and very confused. But they decide to take full advantage of the perks of being married and give in to their desires for each other.

There’s a lot of pushback from controlling grandparents on Fallons side…they are super controlling and try to sabotage the marriage and relationship in general. On top of that…Ollie is hiding his own secrets. A very very spicy secret.

I loved watching them both navigate everything. Nothing in their relationship was easy. Nothing was smooth sailing. But they managed to come together and make it through. They were able to really open up to each other and realise that they truly were meant to be together and all the hard work leading up to their happy ending was worth it.

I loved how Andi handled the disability aspect of the characters. It was so beautifully done. You could tell they really took the time to research and get it right. As always, I love seeing the LGBTQ rep and how inclusive their writing always is.

It’s truly an amazing start to the second season and I can’t wait for the next book! 🩵

Thank you so much to Andi Burns for allowing me to ARC read this book and be part of their team 🩵

New Adult, College Hockey Romance with a Twist

This was one of the spiciest books I’ve read all year. Wow. I guess that’s to be expected when you find out what Ollie’s secret is. Speaking of Ollie, it was so delightful to see how down bad he was for Fallon. He learned sign language for her! Not to mention, he was ready to risk it all for her. Truly a man written by a woman.

I’m so happy that this book is so inclusive. It has representation for the LGBTQ community and the disabled community. The heroine, Fallon, is deaf and the author took care with how she wrote her lines of dialogue. It’s always amazing to see authors put in the work to make sure that marginalized groups are represented with care in their books.

I’d have liked to see the Vegas wedding occur sooner because that’s what drew me in to this story if I’m being honest. The grandparents also weren’t my favorite, especially at the end because what was that??? I really enjoyed how this story wrapped up though and I’m happy Fallon got her happy ending.

Sin Bin by Andi Burns is proof that such thing as sweet and swoony and steaming hot at the same time in fact exists. Because Ollie was so sweet and swoony and then spicy hot. And Fallon was perfect for him. Those two were quite the couple. Both living on a dare , quite adventurous and so in tune with each other. And Ollie learning ASL for her was quite impressive. Fallon was so independent and smart, and sassy that Ollie got his hands full. And he was so smart and dedicated, loving and caring. They challenged each other to be better and was each other biggest supporter. But their families were challenging and tried to mess with them. But instead of breaking them that made them stronger. And that Vegas marriage was the best that happened to them . Those two were pinning for each other for two years. And their fantasy interactions were so steamy but the reality of those two is too hot to handle and could overheat your Kindle. Ollie grow as a character so much and was the best one for Fallon. Fallon grow her confidence and get her independence back with that show down with her grandparents. They loved her but with everything they did they incapacitated her and were restraining her independence and freedom. At the end Ollie and Fallon got their happily ever after. Now I can't wait for Wagner and his secret relationship. Because that ending was so promising and so secretive.

Thanks to the author and WordSmith Publicity for the opportunity to read and review an early copy of this book.

Sin Bin is book one in Bainbridge Hockey, Year Two series.
Author Andi Burns has us following the story of Fallon Zabek; younger sister to Booker Zabek from Bainbridge University series. And Oliver ‘Ollie’ Louis Jablonski, the defenseman for Bainbridge Hockey team.

The story made for a cute read, particularly in seeing the witty banter between Fallon and Ollie. Which was unexpected considering it was an Enemies to Lovers trope.
Yet in the moments they shared, when in one another’s presence, it made you think otherwise.
Something that became more noticeable and a given as their living situation that made them roommates helped their relationship to eventually evolve and grow overtime.

Fallon and Ollie’s journey was quite the ride.
Although it may have started off slow, their status taking them from Enemies to somewhat friends over time. There was still drama to be had, with the bumps in the road they faced individually and together, considering the situations and events occurred.
Particularly during their trip, when everything kicked into high gear from the aftermath of the mess they found themselves in.
Yet it was funny to see both their reactions and how they took it, more so when it came to the involvement of friends and family who had something to say. Leading to some more drama.

Despite how it started and where the journey took Fallon and Ollie, one thing that could be denied was their playful yet teasing banter paved the way for their crazy chemistry they shared. Always setting off sparks.
It was no surprise when the metaphorical fire alarms went in every steamy moment shared, anytime they got down and dirty. Which took place many, many times.

One thing was for sure, other than the chemistry they shared, physical and emotional. Ollie and Fallon were made for one another with being perfect together. Seeing and learning through Ollie's POV chapters proved as much.
Not only did he really and truly care about Fallon, but the distance he went proved it too. Having learnt ASL just for her, as well as always being there for her, while trying to do everything for her, even if it meant risking it all.

Given the representation the author Andi Burns included when it came to the disable community, she truly did a good job.
Seeing as Fallon was deaf, it meant the incorporation of ASL which we see throughout.
Something author Andi ensured to inform us of from the very beginning with a note making clear of what to expect and when to know about its use within the dialogue when it came to Fallon interacting with others, as well as others interacting with her through ASL.

While Sin Bin had it moments of being a good read, unfortunately it wasn’t without its moments that I wasn’t so keen on.
One being the steamy scenes, seeing as they seemed to become the main focus with the spotlight shining down heavily with how long and often it occurred.
And while that necessarily is not a bad thing, in this case, it felt like the rest of the story was forgotten IMO, having been put on the back burner. At least until close towards the end, when the focus came back around.

The lead up to the ending felt too rushed with how quickly everything came together. Only to then abruptly end.
Given all the spicy scenes, IMO one or two could’ve been substituted with allowing more time to play out the conflict that led to the end.

With that said, author Andi Burns still did a good job with Sin Bin in the story she created for Fallon and Ollie, having still liked it. Especially with the inclusion of ASL representation, that was well established and thorough.
And although this wasn’t my favourite read from the series, I still look forward for more to come with Dutton Wagner’s story Body Check next.

This book kicks off Season 2 of Andi Burns’ Bainbridge University Hockey series. Having not read any of the books in the prior interconnected series I was happy I enjoyed this book without feeling left out or confused. Yes, there is a good amount of mentions of characters, primarily couples, from previous books but they are more casual and don’t play much of a role in this book.

This book is super spicy 🥵, but it also has a good amount of emotion and character development. Ollie has a secret X-rated FansOnly page and he is extremely comfortable with his sexuality. He is close friends/former teammates with Fallon’s older brother and he’s been attracted to her since he first meet her 2 years ago. He made a stupid decision after learning Fallon was Booker’s younger sister and she’s held it against him.

Fallon is a young woman fighting for her independence from overly controlling grandparents. She has a history of being rebellious and wild, but she’s made an effort to grow up and mature. When she moves into the Hockey House when her roommate flakes out on her, she’s forced into close proximity with Ollie - proximity doesn’t ups the mutual attraction, but Fallon still actively tries to maintain her ire with Ollie.

The accidental marriage in Las Vegas mentioned in the blurb is what caught my attention, and that doesn’t happen until about the midpoint. The build up beforehand is pretty feisty and will keep readers attention, but I was most interested in what happened after the Vegas nuptials - and that’s when the story’s spice level hits hot and steamy! The decision for them to stay married and to actually partake in the benefits of their marriage was a unique twist considering how little they got along up until just before the marriage.

Married life for the newly weds is extremely spicy, and both of them really make an effort to get to know their new spouse and they actually have fun together.

I really enjoyed this book and am intrigued by the forbidden relationship Andi teases readers with at the end of this book! 🧐

I received a free ARC from the author and Wordsmith Publicity; and I am voluntarily leaving an unbiased review.

Sin Bin by Andi Burns

This was my first book in a while from Andi Burns and I must say I have missed her books and I don’t know why I hadn’t grabbed one in a while. This was the first book in the series which is the BU Hockey Season 2. I must say I really liked Ollie a lot as well as Fallon. I may be a bit biased about Fallon due to the whole ASL representation being the mom of a kiddo who is a proud member of the ASL community. I loved that she didn’t let her disability be all who she was. It didn’t define her or limit her and that I absolutely loved. As a mom of a child with the same challenges I teach my son to embrace his differences and to not let them stop him. It’s not easy and it is down right heartbreaking and painful for them but it is so rewarding and makes you feel like the most powerful proudest parent when they see themselves as the badass humans that they were sent to this earth to become. Sorry as you can tell I really did connect with this book because of this aspect. Anyway as I was saying this was such a great book. Loved that these two found each other. Sure to begin it wasn’t as if they were the best of friends but the attraction was always there burning in the surface. I loved that Ollie actually took an interest enough in Fallon that he literally learned ASL and became fluent in it for her. I mean come on that was extremely sweet. I must say I really wanted to slap some sense into Ollie’s parent they were not out right cruel but sometimes small underhanded remarks can hurt even more. I loved their journey together. Loved their friendship and how it grew and loved that they stuck out their impromptu decision on her birthday night. Definitely a highly recommended book in my opinion and will definitely be waiting for what is next with Dutton Wagner and who ever his mystery woman is.

Andi Burns comes out swinging with a scorching hot start to Season 2 of her BU Hockey series — and Sin Bin is every bit as sinfully brilliant as its name suggests!

Ollie is the quintessential hockey playboy — charming, talented, and drop-dead gorgeous. He’s got it all… except for the one thing he truly wants: Fallon, his best friend’s sister. Once high on her radar, Ollie plummeted to rock bottom in her eyes a couple of years ago. Now, fate (and a shared living arrangement in the hockey house) throws them back together, and the sparks? Oh, they fly from page one.

Fallon is smart, strong-willed, and fiercely loyal, with overprotective grandparents who are determined to see her settle down — just not with Ollie. Add in Ollie’s personal struggle to live up to his father’s expectations and claim the team captaincy, and you’ve got two people dealing with big pressure and even bigger feelings.

And then comes Vegas. You know it’s going to be good when a trip to Sin City ends with a surprise wedding… and that’s where this story truly kicks into high gear.

With laugh-out-loud banter, sizzling chemistry, and raw, emotional depth, Sin Bin is a hockey romance that ticks every single box. Burns delivers an unforgettable enemies-to-friends-to-lovers arc, wrapped up in late-night confessions, hockey house antics, and a swoony slow-burn that turns blazing hot.

Whether you’re here for the steam, the feels, or the ride-or-die friendships, Sin Bin is an absolute must-read. Bring on more BU boys — we’re ready! 🏒🔥💍

ARC Review: 5⭐️
Sin Bin is book 1 in the BU Hockey Season 2 series featuring Ollie Jablonski & Fallon Zabek.

Ollie is a former teammate of Fallons brother and 2 years ago they almost got together, however once Ollie discovered who she was he had to end things quickly.

Fallon has held a grudge against Ollie ever since, but as fate would have it she ends up moving into the room at the hockey house that her brother ensured was available for her if she ever needed it. Making her roommates with Ollie.

Fallon also happens to be deaf, using sign language, lip reading and hearing aids to aid her in communication. She is surprised to discover that Ollie knows ASL, and that he’s actually quite proficient.

Fallon travels to Vegas on the eve of her 21st birthday to watch her brother in a preseason AHL game. Ollie and some of his teammates also make the trip to watch their friend. After the game, Fallon is supposed to meet her brother for drinks, but he does not show but Ollie is there so they have drinks together.

The next morning they wake up married, and the hockey coach is worried about bringing scandal to the team so they decide to stay married to ward off any complications.

Fallon’s grandparents aren’t happy with her marriage and try to sabotage their relationship, but will Fallon & Ollie be able to come together and show them it’s real before they take matters into their own hands?

I loved this book and these characters so much! I felt Andi did a fabulous job and took extreme care to tell this story and make these characters relatable and likeable. I can’t wait to see what’s next in this series !

Thank you Andi for the ARC!

This was the first book in the Bainbridge University series, and is a second gen series. This was the first book I’d read in this universe and I had no trouble getting into the story (other than I was listening to another college hockey audiobook at the same time and kept getting these two books confused in my mind, but that was my own problem, LOL!). I did have a bit of trouble getting into the book at first and the big trope (to me) and spice between the characters didn’t kick in until over halfway through the book, in the end it was worth the wait! This book was much spicier than I expected it to be! FMC Fallon and MMC Ollie met a couple years ago and hit it off, but once Ollie found out Fallon was his teammates younger sister, he lived up to his dumb jock reputation and Fallon was deeply hurt. Fallon had a rebellious streak as a teenager, and now is struggling to prove to her overprotective grandparents she’s a responsible adult. Fallon ends up living in the hockey house with Ollie and some of the team after her terrible roommate kicks her out of their apartment. The close proximity with Ollie does nothing but deepen their chemistry, and she tries to deny they have a deeper connection, but a drunken night in Vegas ends with a wedding they don’t remember. To me the story really got good after the Vegas wedding. Unlike most accidental marriage stories, Fallon and Ollie decided to stay married and enjoy ALL the perks of being married. Enjoy them like a lot. A LOT. Whew! They actually got to know each other and it was very refreshing. There was an almost third act break up, but I’m glad Fallon and Ollie eventually choose to deal with it like adults and didn’t try to destroy their relationship. They formed a united front and used their words and stayed together. The next book in the series is teased at the very end, and I will probably check it out.

This book is hands down my favourite from Andi. A bit of a slow burn, that turns super steamy - but not done in a way that was to fill the pages. Ollie & Fallon could not keep their hands off one another!!
I feel like I've jumped ahead in this review, starting off with smexy times. But this book is so much more than that. These two have a past that came to a screeching holt because of the whole "my sister is off limits to teammates". This caused some resentment, and dare I say almost hate from Fallon. But each time they were in the same room, sparks were flying in every direction.
I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy drunken Vegas wedding storylines. Sure, the result is the same in each book I read with this trope, but the lead up and what happens after are all done differently. In Andi's version, I have to say that this was one of my favourites that I have read in recent times. I also enjoyed that this really did bring them together and for the most part, they worked hard to make the marriage work. It certainly isn't smooth sailing by any means, but I loved how with so much stacked against them they didn't let any outside influences break them apart.
The ending of this book has me more than a little excited and intrigued for the next book, and I cannot wait to get my hands on it

Ollie Jablonski? Yes Please

Bainbridge University has become one of my favourite places to visit and returning there for SIN BIN, book #1 in Bainbridge Hockey: Season 2 , brought plenty of laughter, lots of emotion, and several surprises.

I've been waiting for Ollie Jablonski's story, and it did not disappoint. He's a man with a big heart, the party boy, forever in trouble for his antics, totally lovable, and a surprisingly deep thinker. He also has a crush on his ex-teammate's sister, whose heart he broke two years earlier. Fallon Zabek loves being rebellious, is Booker's Undeniable sister, has a wicked sense of humour, and finds herself moving into the Hockey House (formerly The Chapel which is owned by her brother). She's never forgiven Ollie for breaking her heart, now she has to see him daily.

Ollie and Fallon have a chemistry which is red hot. I enjoyed watching their tentative friendship slowly build and turn into something deeper, especially after their trip to Vegas. Marriage was the last thing on their minds, but it happened, and they've both decided to stay together and make a go of it, mainly because it would help them with their family situations. Living together forces them to face their secret desires for each other, but it also enables them to make decisions about their future.

SIN BIN was an entertaining read, with plenty of drama, interfering families, and hilarious hockey housemates and teammates. Fallon is hearing impaired, not that you'd ever notice, she never allowed it to affect her life, this was portrayed brilliantly by Andi Burns through her writing. I loved the involvement of characters from previous Bainbridge stories, it's always fun catching up with them. I can't wait for more books in this series, especially after witnessing some of the antics these players get up to.

🏒Sin Bin by Andi Burns 🏒
Welcome to Bainbridge University Season 2

Ollie is your fun, outgoing, charismatic college hockey player, trying to keep his team together while earning the captain spot.

Fallon is strong and trying to be independent while battling her grandparents to let her live life how she chooses.

Having met a few years ago at a party Ollie and Fallon had immediate chemistry, but once Ollie learned that she was his teammates younger sister he backed off and shows her how he earned his reputation. Now, Fallon has to live in the hockey house with Ollie and while she still isn’t his number one fan, the chemistry is burning hot.

After a night of fun and drinking in Vegas ends in marriage, they realize just how much this could work in their favor and let them enjoy ALL the benefits of being hitched. While Ollie and Fallon have some serious spicy times, they also have some sweet moments that lead to them confessing their true feelings.

This was such a good story and I loved how Ollie made Fallon feel seen with her ASL and wanted to help her fulfill all her fantasies.

Ollie is the typical hockey player with a reputation and a carefree attitude, that hides his own insecurities.
Fallon wants to spread her wings and live her life, free from the overprotection of her family.
When Ollie and Fallon first met, sparks immediately flew, but once Ollie finds out that she is his friend and teammate’s sister, he backs away leaving Fallon hurt.
A few year later, she is forced into moving into the hockey house and their proximity will be electrifying and their attraction will be difficult to deny.
After a wild night in the sin city and a drunk marriage they are bond beyond their imagination.
Their attraction will push the boundaries of a fake marriage and will force them to choose if it’s worth it or not: facing difficult challenges and different opinions.
Sin Bin is a story that will show you how far can love get, how far can you sacrifice yourself and how far can you face your family and friends to be with the person you love.
Ollie shows Fallon through his actions, how his life is pure, everlasting, real and selfless.
This book is the perfect balance of funny, sweet, spicy and real.
Thank you for the ARC.

Ollie wanted Fallon since the moment he laid eyes on her. The Problem? She’s his friends and teammates little sister so she’s off limits. Or she was. Because after one night in Vegas they wake up in bed together. Married. They agree to stay married because of their own reasons, but the more time they spent together the more they like each other.

Sin Bin is book 1 in the new BU Hockey Season 2 Series by Andi Burns and oh boy am I excited for this series. I loved the first series so much and I can’t wait to see what the new guys are up to in this series. It’s a standalone in an interconnected series so you’re totally fine reading it apart from the rest.

I don’t think there could have been a better couple to start this series off with. We have Fallon who’s had a rebellious streak and just wants her freedom to explore the world. And then there is Ollie. Playboy extraordinaire with his little secret. They go from attraction at first sight to sort of enemies to husband and wife to lovers and it’s such an amazing story. I loved their banter, discovering the real Ollie (Ollie has entered the book boyfriend chat 😍) and experiencing their growing closer. There’s a lot of spice in this book 🌶. Probably one of the spicier book from Andi Burns, but there's also a lot of emotions, secrets and suspense that make it hard to put the book down. I really loved this book and I’m so excited to see what's next to come in this series. 🫶

I'm forever in my hockey era and I've loved the Bainbridge U series. So, I've been looking forward to Season 2 and I sure wasn't disappointed.

Ollie Jablonksi is hockey's party boy (and self-proclaimed matchmaker) so no one was really surprised when he ended up getting married in Vegas. They were surprised by his bride. Fallon Zabek is one of Ollie's best friend's little sister, his new roommate, and now his wife.

The BU hockey team is one of my favorites and I always enjoy stepping back into this world. All of my favorite characters are here plus a few new ones that I'm liking already. I've always had a soft spot for Ollie and he definitely turns up the charm with Fallon. Fallon is a strong, independent young woman who knows what she wants and isn't afraid to go after it.

This is a Steamy (with a capital S) book with a touch of enemies-to-lovers and a lot of friends-to-lovers vibes. The spontaneous Vegas wedding made this story a page-turner and I really enjoyed it. I can't wait to see what comes next.

Andi Burns scores with Sin Bin, Book #1 in the BU Hockey Season 2 series!

Sin Bin is a sexy, steamy, funny, and emotional hockey/enemies-to-lovers/forbidden romance with a hockey player with a penchant for partying and a sassy heroine who gives better than she gets! Ollie was so unexpected. He has many layers. He was kind, caring, thoughtful, and considerate. He treated Fallon with respect and supported her in every way. He was a leader on and off the ice, but he let Fallon take control in the bedroom and it was HOT! Fallon was rebellious, fierce, sassy, strong, and smart. She was exactly who Ollie needed. She saw through his party boy facade and supported him as well. Together, they were invincible.

This book is highly entertaining with the witty banter, sexual tension, intense emotions, and the forbidden aspect. There is family drama and an unexpected twist that involved a trip to Vegas. I love the ASL representation. The author took great care in representing the hearing impaired community. I enjoyed every minute of this book, and highly recommend reading it!

Fallon has always wanted to do life on her own terms, but there have been a few things holding her back. Her father is one and while people may think being hard of hearing is another, it isn’t. She is very self sufficient and wants to travel the world and be on her own.

Ollie is a hockey player, playboy at Bainbridge University. He loves to have fun and do whatever he wants, whenever he wants. He has always been interested in Fallon, but has been keeping her at arm’s length because Fallon is one of his teammate’s sisters.

They all go to Vegas together for a fun time, but when Fallon and Ollie wake up they realize they are married. Fallon is beside herself and Ollie begs her to not end things yet and let him prove himself.

I loved this couple so much. The way they come together after the accidental marriage and how they are as a couple is everything. I especially LOVED how Ollie learned sign language for Fallon so they could communicate even better. Another great read from Andi!

Ollie, Ollie, Ollie… I just want to say I absolutely love him! I love how without ever making it a big deal that he learned and communicates with Fallen using ASL without blinking an eye. Making and creating a space that is accessible for her without making it a big deal was so heartwarming and truly adorable. Not only does he try to include her from the get go the tension between them… oof!

So many different situations drove them apart and contributed to them not getting along at the start of the book but I love that no matter what they are driven together and that they end up being a couple to admire. Yes getting married while drunk may not be the smartest move… but although impulsive the way they come together and create a real full marriage just works. Fallen is beyond determined and motivated to be independent and find her own way in the world, Ollie supports and encourages her through thick and thin.

I enjoyed the other Bainbridge stories and I enjoyed this one and truly look forward to more from Andi and this team!

I don't think I've ever read a book with ASL representation like Andi did with Ollie and Fallon's story.

Now, moving on. They met at a party two years ago. The pesky matter of her being his best friend's little sister caused him to act like a total playboy, which made her dislike him.
Fast forward to now, and they're not just roommates—they're frenemies that bicker and banter like crazy!

This was such an adorable read, full of spice and angst with flawed characters who were just meant to be! The progression from enemies to frenemies to waking up married was great!

Yes, I'm glossing over a lot of things, but what you need to know is that the pacing is good, the characters are entertaining, and the story has heart, growth, a sense of found family, and a touch of kink.

I was given a free copy of this book and I'm voluntarily leaving an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Ollie and Fallon's story - enemies to lovers, brother's best friend, forbidden relationship, forced proximity! It had it all. Although this is the first in a series, I felt a little lost because I hadn't read any previous books with these characters but I know I will go back and read them now! Andi Burns did a wonderful job incorporating ASL into this story - nice to see representation.

This one had spice, drama and banter for days. Ollie and Fallon have had chemistry since they met two year ago but Ollie learns that Fallon is his best friends sister so that makes her off limits. Until it doesn't! When Fallon moves into the Holy House of Hockey that her older brother owns, they have no choice but to see each other every day. They slowly build their friendship and then one quick trip to Vegas to see her brother play pro hockey and, BOOM - they get married! They decide to stay married for their own reasons but also decide it is time to face their desire for each other. And boy do they!

I really liked this book and will read the rest of the series! Thank you Wordsmith Publicity and Andi Burns for the privilege of this ARC!

Ollie has been denying the feelings he has for Fallon for a few years as he believes that nothing could develop between them as he used to be teammates with her brother. That situation is about to come to a head as not only do they find themselves roommates but a trip to Vegas has them returning married.

When Ollie chose her brother and the team over her Fallon wanted nothing further to do with him. A little too much fun in Vegas no longer makes that possible and they agree to stay married when they return home as it will give them both what they want, and she soon realizes that he is exactly the man she needs in her life even if others will conspire to tear them apart.

Despite the way that their relationship began, both in the past and in the present, Ollie and Fallon are meant to be together. The chemistry between them was never in doubt but the way they faced every challenge only made their relationship and their love stronger.

This is Book 1 of Season 2 of the Bainbridge University Hockey Series!

I was lucky enough to receive as an ARC 🥰

Ollie Jablonski is exactly the guy you’d expect to get married in Vegas — the ultimate party boy with a reckless streak and a magnetic charm. But the last person anyone thought he’d marry? Fallon Zabek, his teammate’s sister and the one woman he’s been secretly craving for years.

Fallon is done living under her father’s thumb — finally free and ready to make her own rules. But waking up married to Ollie? Yeah, that wasn’t on her to-do list. What starts as a mistake, fuelled by drunken confessions and impulsive decisions, turns into a wild ride of fiery passion, undeniable chemistry, and discovering that real love doesn’t cage you — it sets you free.

Andi Burns nails the perfect balance of humour, heat, and heart in this college hockey romance. Ollie’s charm and Fallon’s rebellious spirit light up every page, making Sin Bin a must-read for fans of bold heroes and fierce heroines.

This is the first book in a new series, and this is Ollie and Fallon’s story.
Ollie is a hockey defenseman, and the sparks fly when he meets Fallow, who has a rebellious streak, and is a friend and teammates off limits sister. When these two go to Vegas, they find what happens there does not always stay there, after drunkenly getting married. Everything changes after that, and they work hard to make their marriage work.
This is a well written easy to read, slow burn, with family, dynamics, friendships, emotions, accidental marriage, roommates / lovers, tension, making choices, forced proximity, humor, witty banter, undeniable chemistry, and love, which leads to an entertaining sweet, and spicy, addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

✨arc review✨

I think I found a new hockey universe to recommend to people! It's clear this book is part of a universe, but as it was the first book in the series I read it without reading any of the other books. Ollie is working to be captain of his hockey team, and Fallon is his best friend's sister, who comes to live with him in his hockey house. They could have had something years ago, but Ollie ruined it, and now she doesn't trust him. Until...they wake up married! This book was hilarious from Ollie's perspective, and there were a lot of unique plot points that I loved. There were a few things that didn't make sense to me, like why Fallon needed to live in the house in the first place, and why Ollie had *that* account, but all in all it was a great book!

Thank you to Andi Burns and Wordsmith Publicity for the arc!

This is book 1 in season 2 of the Bain bridge Hockey series by Andi. And oh boy she definitely hit this book out of the water.

We have Ollie who is hockey’s playboy who is charming, talented and also drop dead gorgeous. Ollie has everything he could ever want but one thing and that is Fallon who is his best friend sister. Ollie was on Fallon radar two years go but plummeted to rock bottom in her eyes. Now they share living arrangements in the hockey house.

Fallon is smart, strong-willed and loyal with overprotective grandparents who are determined to see her settle down just not with Ollie. Also add in Ollie personal struggle to live up to his father’s expectations.

Then came a trip to Vegas! You know it’s going to be good when it ends with a surprise wedding!!

I love the banter and chemistry between these two! If you haven’t read this book you definitely should!

When I think of a group of male characters, my favorites always come from Andi Burns! These characters are just impossible not to love!

Sin Bin is a roommates to lovers, accidental marriage romance that really brought the sparks! I could not put this book down. I absolutely love Fallon. She is such a strong character that I didn’t realize I would love so much. Ollie has been amazing since day one. These two are just meant to be in my opinion. The story was told so well and all the factors put into it I just couldn’t get enough of. Without a doubt this deserves 5 stars!

I am so excited for more from Andi Burns. This is one of my go to authors who I will read anything and everything. I definitely recommend this book for all!
