The book is a continuous string of quotes seasoned with a few antidotes and and jokes meshed together in an easy to read flow. The book is very uplifting and thought provoking. I can see reading this again when I have struggles or just feeling down and need encouragement.

Inspie self help book about removing negativity from your life and how to be a better person. There was some good advice, but most of it was commonsense.
