Scott Millard is a veteran executive and creative strategist in the video games industry, with more than three decades of experience spanning publishing, production, and global market development. Over his career, he has helped bring some of the world’s most iconic franchises to players across Asia, including The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, The Elder Scrolls Online, TEKKEN, and Dragon Ball Z. Known for his end-to-end expertise—from concept to commercial delivery—Scott has also been instrumental in building regional distribution networks for leading consumer electronics brands such as Turtle Beach and Grado.
In 2024, Scott founded Dark Product, a Busan-based publishing label dedicated to supporting independent developers and producing original content that blurs the lines between games, art, and culture. Under his leadership, Dark Product has signed and released a growing portfolio of distinctive titles, including Ratshaker, The Axis Unseen and Loan Shark while collaborating with studios across Asia and Europe to bring new games to console audiences.
Prior to founding Dark Product, Scott served as CEO of Feardemic sp. z o.o, the horror-specialist publishing arm of Bloober Team S.A., where he oversaw a slate of more than twenty titles—among them DARQ, Buddy Simulator 1984, and Papetura—and helped establish Fear Fest and The Horror Games Awards as international showcase events in partnership with IGN.
His earlier executive career includes serving as Managing Director of Bandai Namco Asia and Bandai Namco Korea, where he led multi-regional launches and cultivated partnerships across Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. He also served as Strategic Advisor to QLOC S.A., one of Europe’s largest co-development and QA studios, through his consulting firm V2POINT0 Pte Ltd.
Beyond publishing, Scott is recognized for his thought leadership in the business of games and digital media. His first book, Video Game Publishing, released in May 2025, offered a practical roadmap for developers and publishers navigating the complex landscape of modern distribution.
