Great book for hypos (with explanatory answers) and simple plain-English "summing up" of the major issues and topics in most Federal Courts and Federal Jurisdiction classes. Couldn't have gotten through Fed Courts without it, and would probably recommend it to 1Ls too since it could come in handy for Civ Pro and Con
