Not particularly useful

Does not seem to agree with other current books on this subject, notably with regard to saturated fatty acids such as are found in Palm kernel and coconut, and animal fats. Also recommends solanacaea (peppers, tomatoes), again in disagreement with other books on paleo/anti-inflammatory diets, which consider those foods to be (potentially) inflammatory. Seems like just a list of somebody's ideas of common-sense advice, many of which seem quite obvious--eat whole grains and whole foods, avoid refined flour and sugar.
