She was never the loudest in the room but her silence could tear walls apart.

This book is for the quiet ones.
The ones who would feel everything but not say anything.
The ones who would hide there chaos behind calm smiles.
The ones who swallowed their truth so they could keep there peace.

The Truth Of Feeling Everything But Never Saying Anything is a real, unapologetic journey through the unspoken pain, hidden strength, and starting to heal from the inside out. It tells the story of a young girl who stayed quiet for way too long, until she couldn't keep it together anymore, she couldn't hide her pain for any longer.

This is a reminder that vulnerability is powerful, not powerless. That softness doesn't mean you are weak, that being honest about your emotions takes courage, and that is strength in itself.

Throughout the heartbreak, anger, hope, and self discovery, this book reveals the feeling most of us will never admit out loud. It's messy, emotional, and deep but the truth behind it Is very real because sometimes, the most powerful stories are the ones we finally allow ourselves to tell.

If you feel too much in a world that tells you to feel less...then this is for you.

I really liked the concept to this book, I felt deeply for the main character, yet I felt everything was repetitive, same happens, same scenes replaying, so not give me wrong, the bigger picture was great, loved the main theme but it could have been portrayed so much better, I DO believe everyone should give this an try! Watch out for triggers before starting!
