This book offers many great tips on how to succeed at work. For instance, the author says that you should not talk badly about another employee or supervisor, because ultimately it may get back to that person no matter how deceit you think you may have been. Don't talk too much as you may end up offending someone even if unintentionally. Be sure to show concern for your co-worker's and their lives, such as showing interest in their children or interests. Don't offer too much personal information about yourself and keep home life separate. It is better not to date someone from work, because it could become quite awkward if things do not work out. This book is a wonderful source of information.

Must-read for anyone who feels they "just can't quite get office politics" or copeing with coworkers, etc. Easy and fun to read, good balance of humor and seriousness.
