Unrest is a very informative book. The conversational style of writing makes it easy to understand and enjoy. Honoring the Sabbath often gets lost in the busyness of life. However, the author shows how our addiction to busyness is robbing us of God’s blessing. We are commanded by God to set a day apart for rest. I, for one, want to intentionally honor God and rest in His peace.
