Clean, charming, opposites attract, neighbor romance and full of sweetly stirred chaos. When I opened Clover & Crumb, I never expected my biggest challenge would be the tall, grumpy man in pressed slacks moving into the apartment building. Maxwell Blake is quiet, serious, and alarmingly good at judging pie crust. He says he’s just here to check on one of his company’s properties — which happens to be my bakery’s building — but the more time we spend together, the more I realize he’s also checking in on me. I bake to stay grounded. He uses spreadsheets to stay in control. But something about this building — Synchronicity Brownstone — brings out the unexpected in both of us. Now there’s a vintage recipe book that might be enchanted and a community of quirky neighbors rooting for us. I believe in cinnamon, second chances, and … someone like him. Even if he doesn’t believe in luck — yet.
Opposites Attract • Found family • Small Gestures, Big Love
Perfect for fans of cozy charm and slow-burn sweet romance, Synchronicity Brownstone will sweep you into a world where the smallest gestures change everything—and love might be the most unexpected luck of all. Fall in love here. - no cheating - HEA
This was a super short, super sweet story by Amy Gracie. Her second book in her Lucky in Love series, Crumb and Get It brings together two neighbors, one who loves baking and the other is all about numbers and facts, and showcases how opposites attract.
Quinn provides the perfect distraction for Maxwell as he deals with everything on his mind. Maxwell shows Quinn that stability doesn’t mean you lose out on fun or spontaneity. As these two grow closer and the slow burn heats up, a secret threatens to ruin everything they have worked for.
Amy provides a fun, endearing read that you can easily read in one setting. This book doesn’t take long to wrap you in its small town, clean romance vibes.
As always, review any author notes before reading.

Second Synchronicity Brownstone Story-Another fantastic book
The second book about the Synchronicity apartment building that has it's own way of choosing people and helping them find where they're supposed to be. This time Quinn, baker extraordinaire, meets Maxwell, taking him a welcome pie. The building has welcomed Maxwell in spite of his buttoned up behavior at first. Once again the author has written a charming story filled with enchantment, friendship, and finding where Quinn and Maxwell are meant to be. Outstanding concept and fantastic story.
Grab yourself a cup of coffee or tea, curl up in a warm blanket, and spend a few hours with a soft smile on your face as Quinn and Maxwell fall in love. This is a short, sweet, whimsical romance with just a hint of angst that is great when you just want a book that will make you forget the rest of the world for a few hours.

Crumb and get it is a sweet stand alone novella and the second book in the Lucky in Love series. It is under 100 pages but the perfect length for relaxing with a cuppa.
Quinn and Maxwell are neighbours and completely different but somehow they complement each other . With the help of some quirky friends and neighbours and some questionable naming decisions these two discover that opposites really do attract. Great characters and a fun read. I definitely recommend this
Quinn & Maxwell had such a sweet and unexpected story. Quinn the baker - I could almost taste her recipes that she was making. And Maxwell, being a little (or a lot) uptight got everything he didn’t know he needed. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I didn’t want to put it down. Must read for sure!
Very cute, sweet, short read. Definitely worth the hour or so it takes to read! Loved the croaking frog part. Development of the love story was very good!
I’ve come to really enjoy books by this author. Her characters are a little quirky and still a little conservative. You’d have to be to live at the Synchronicity Apartments. We get romance, humor, great supporting characters and a few twists and surprises. I look forward to more books by this author.
