The Infernal Crown burns its mark into me. Ancient, hungry, inevitable.
I have weeks before the Soul Scar reaches my heart. Weeks before the end of the trial that will either make me Sovereign or destroy me completely.
My three bound mates hunt for answers in the darkness of DarkHallow Academy. Our Soul-Whisper has grown beyond emotion into something unbreakable. Something necessary.
The Midnight Spire holds the Sovereign Forge where crowns of power were once created. My last-of-my-kind nature makes me capable of claiming what generations of pure-blooded seekers could not.
Magical boundaries weaken. The Grimoire reveals its final pages.
The crowning ritual requires perfect harmony between my mates. Their essence forges what I must bear. Their bond anchors what I might become.
I never wanted this power. Now, all realms may depend on my claiming it.
The Sovereign awaits her crown.

It’s a strong and satisfying ending to the trilogy. Lysithea’s men make a choice that she struggles to accept, but in the end, it’s the decision that saves her life. Their bond to the academy complicates everything, binding not only Lysithea but all four of them to its walls, unable to leave. The consequences of their actions ripple through all of them and none escape untouched.
A possible loophole emerges when Blackgrove reveals that Lysithea, being the only one of her kind, may not be as bound as the others. His revelation gives her freedom, but also a new burden to carry. She realizes she can leave, yet staying feels like a duty because if she goes, the academy is left vulnerable. That sense of responsibility transforms her, and in many ways, she becomes DarkHallow itself.
Meanwhile, Dathan, Evren, and Verik are forced to confront the guilt and emotion tied to what they did to Lysithea, reckoning with the consequences of their choice and the impact it had on all of them. As the story progresses, things grow even more complicated. Aeliana’s role expands significantly but not for the better. Her ambitions take a darker turn, and her plans threaten to do far more harm than good, adding another layer of tension and danger to an already volatile situation.
Overall, it’s an intense, emotionally charged finale that ties up the trilogy’s threads while raising the stakes higher than ever.

An Epic Conclusion!!!LET IT BURN!! I only have one remaining question… is this really the end? When her men have to make a hard decision, a decision that affects each of them, she’s left struggling to accept it. However in the end will this be a decision that saved them all. Overall their love proved to survive it all. Their love fought back and came roaring back stronger. The walls of the university couldn’t hold them forever. It certainly couldn’t hold her monsters in when she was missing from their lives. This is a conclusion I couldn’t have planned. A conclusion that puts all the pieces back together and leaves you with just those thoughts. Thoughts of what’s to come next, what’s the next winner from our Queens bag of tricks and treats?
Hands down best conclusion to this series ever. This is the third book in the Cursed darkness series. Absolutely loved being back with Lysithea and the guys. All my questions were answered. Absolutely amazing storyline. Tons of action plus can’t forget my spice. Another book from start to finish that I thoroughly enjoyed reading. Definitely would recommend this book over and over.
I feel like this was a beautiful and needed ending after all she’d been through in her life and the lead up! She had so much struggle and hardship and finally she’s found a home and family in her three men and become what she was meant to be! Great ending!
I really loved this series from start to finish. The snark was there, the action, just the vibes made me happy. This is going to be a reread for sure. I honestly was in love with our FMC the whole book, she gas such amazing growth.
Infernal Crown was a great ending to the DarkHallow Academy series. Once I started this book, I couldn’t stop. Thea and her mates faced many challenges and enemies (including a psychotic grimoire that wants to destroy the realm).
Of the three books in this series, this is probably the best. I didn't really care for the characters or the plot though. I struggled to get through the series. I thought that it was the writing. But I think it may just be that it bored me. Since I didn't like the plot, the story dragged. I found myself scrolling on my phone instead of reading because the phone was more interesting than the book. That's really unusual for me. When I like a story, I only put it down when I absolutely have to. With this series, I only picked it up when I absolutely had to so I could finish it. Again, it may just be that it wasn't my taste. I've read a lot of this author's books and I usually enjoy them. This one just wasn't my jam.
After getting a bit frustrated with the second book, I had absolutely no reservations about giving this book a 5 star rating. There are some unanswered questions at the end which I didn’t mind. They weren’t critical issues and the author definitely left the possibility for more books in this world open. I also appreciate the lack of a surprise pregnancy along the way as well as the lack of children in the epilogue. As someone who chose not to have children and has never regretted that choice, I get tired of the idea that children must be included in any HEA.
A knockout finale! All the loose ends were tied up perfectly but it was the journey getting their that was epic. Lysithea and the guys have been pulled in so many different directions throughout this trilogy by differing people/beings all with their own agendas. None of which served any of them but when everything collided in this conclusion Lysithea found her strength of character I thought. That's what I loved most in this book.
So many cracking plot twists, lots of fast paced action and some steam mixed in as well. One hell of an ending to a brilliant trilogy.
They have a love that survives the end of everything comes back stronger.
Her monsters break when she is not there for them. Can she mend them together again in time?
This is the epic conclusion of Infernal Crown by Eve Newton... And I so wanna curse the demented dick-tionary around but I will behave but know I wanted to rip its pages out and set fire to it - that's what happens when one character is a megalomaniac in book form!
This was one darkly delicious series! I am already missing these characters! The way I devoured this book was criminal! Eve is the queen of twists and turns. This book didn't disappoint. The spice, action, drama and emotional rollercoasters were so invigorating that I had to miss work just to finish! Ughhh now what do I do since this is now complete? Looks like I'll be doing a reread already! I am not ready to give up this world!!
We get the conclusion to Lysethias story and boy does this one pack a punch. Her and her men must stop the grimoire from unmaking everything to create a world where only truth exsists. They make it to the forge and boy do we get to see a battle. I don’t want to give anything away but with how strong they are together will prove detrimental to saving the realities. I loved it and feel we may see more later with another unique character
I've thoroughly enjoyed the character development in this storyline. I love all 4 MCs and loved reading this trilogy. Eve, you've done another fantastic job!!! I was hooked from the first page of the first book!!! I maybe wish that the female MC wasn't so willing to sit on her hands and be used all of the time by the 3 men in her life. That's it, just enjoy the read. I know I did!!!
This has been a totally enjoyable series with characters that are fun, entertaining and engaging. Lysithea and her guys start off adversary, but as they get to know each other they come to realize how much they need and care for each other. Eve Newton has written story with heart, understanding and is entertaining. I look forward to reading more stories from Eve Newton.
Infernal Crown was a spectacular finish to the Cursed Darkness trilogy!! This book was full of action! Eve kept writing these curveballs for Thea, Verik, Evren, Dathan and how they overcame all the hits that kept coming their way. Their bond kept getting stronger as they were underestimated by their enemies.
This is the final book in the DarkHallow trilogy and it did not disappoint! Lystheia, Dathan, Evrin and Verik go heads up with that pain in the arse book Tenny. You need to be reading this book, but only if you have read the first two....and if you haven't read them what are you waiting for?
This is the third book in the dark hallow series. Lysithea, Verik, Evren, and Dathan have been through so much and their relationship has come out stronger. The characters have really grown through the series. This is an action packed, happily ever after book. I am recommending this series for everyone to read, you won't be sorry!
An epic conclusion to this trilogy. Death and destruction are everywhere, no one is safe. With a god-book wanting to erase all untruths, leaving only absolute truth to be reality, Lysithea and her men have their work cut out for them. How does one go up against a god without them finding out and destroying all you hold dear? And what happens if you actually manage to defeat said god book? Will it be a boring life if you don’t have it around? Or will living in a hell realm be excitement enough?
Infernal Crown is the final book of the Cursed Darkness trilogy and Thea's story. It is action packed with spice, suspense and danger. I love seeing Thea and her guys get their happy ending with all they has to go through!
Dimensions, realms, and alternate realities oh my! Epic battles lead to an epic ending of this completed series. It’s dark, it’s dirty, it’s fantastic! Don’t wait any longer, jump into the world of DarkHallow today!
What an ending to an epic series. A decision is made and now Lysithea has to live with the consequences. She didn't want this decision but her guys made it and in the end it will be worth it. Easy, no never easy but love conquers it all in the end. A must read series!
I love a story where the characters develop so much over the series! These characters have become so dynamic and the story was so engrossing I found myself starting a re-read almost immediately! Another one knocked out of the park by this author.
So I've noticed these books kinda are similar but the wording is definitely different. This was more technical. Even though half of the technical stuff I didn't understand I was still able to follow along!
Oh my yes! LYSITHEA! Her journey was long and hard fought but man is it sweet to see her get her happy ever after there where moments where my heart bled for her! Amazing read!
