Found: Their Forever Family is the second title in the US Search and Rescue series, this time bringing us a couple who were once classmates… and perhaps more. Being reunited sets off sparks, yet both have known joy and loss in the years in between, and trusting someone else with their hearts again is a risk.

I enjoyed Callie and EZ’s romance as they navigate growing feelings, their children’s friendship, and their fears. It’s those fears and how EZ reacts to them that had me understanding his hesitation, yet wishing that he would put a little faith in what he and Callie were building. There was unnecessary hurt dealt, at least in my opinion, by his actions. Dealing with loss is such a personal experience that no two people ever react exactly the same way. In order to have the bright, combined future ahead of them that all four deserved, the adults have to make some choices, perhaps risk their hearts a bit, and trust that what they were building could stand up against whatever the future dealt to them.

Their story is well-written, emotional, with a satisfying ending. If you enjoy a romance where healing is just as vital as the falling-in-love part, then you’d love Found: Their Forever Family.

I loved the cover to start with. It fully gets the story's message out. This is a story about finding love and family again.
I loved the characters Callie and EZ. I think that they were real. They had painful pasts but gave love a chance once more.
I just found this story so easy to get stuck into. Traci has a skill for writing that just makes you forget the world and get lost in an exciting world.

Callie and EZ's story is sweet and has a lot of feeling as both have suffered loses and how moving forward afterwards isn't easy. I totally got having an internal struggle after acting on things, but did think EZ could have handled things better.
You get wonderful children, parents finding their way, some highs and lows along the way and a second chance at love.

Callie and EZ have both known loss of those they loved and as single parents are wary of taking a second chance at love despite their children being best friends and their attraction to each other. But when they act on it EZ puts up walls and hurts Callie repeatedly. I thought the ending wrapped up a little too nicely after all the drama her put Callie and their children through.

I'm happy whenever Traci Douglass has a new book out, as she represents family and life struggles so well.

Callie and EZ are well-created characters and I was immersed in their story of life, love, new opportunities and found family.

Traci has a very touching and immersive writing style.
