I am no biologist but this was fascinating. The animal sections were really well explained; for example, the descriptions of the endocrine system and thyroid regulation were superb. If you’d like to get more in tuned with the human body, this is a great place to start.
As someone interested in plant nutrition and ecology, this has helped to deepen my awareness of the complexity of the natural world.

I have this for my biology studies, and I must say it does a very good job of explaining all the biology topics. I keep going back to it to reread specific chapters! It has fun examples and is interestingly written. My favourite schoolbook!

Very help for all future biologist worldwide.

I used it for my undergraduate course of BSc in Biology. Very helpful and nice concise diagrams. Kindle version helps a lot with full text search option. And also kindle version has no additional weight in your bag.
