Get comfortable you won’t put it down until the last page has been turned something different. Dominic sexy as all get out alpha a man who isn’t close to anyone, doesn’t allow anyone close to him, isn’t a man you want on your radar, and punishing himself is what he feels he deserves. Tasha hasn’t had it easy, but she is working at becoming better having gone through rehab for alcoholism trying to put her life back on track accepting a housekeeping job with several rules to follow but one main rule stays invisible pretty much and that was one she just couldn’t follow. These two tip toed around each other but the pull between them they couldn’t ignore and the control he built well it was slipping but could he maintain it all, will he give in to what he has been feeling, will she continue to be strong fighting her demons, will she show him he deserves to live, and can they find happiness despite the darkness they have had to face?

Tasha and Dominic

Tasha discovered Dominic when she was going through a life changing circumstance. He become her reason to hope. She is working for a cleaning service and sent to be a part of his staff.

Dominic is a boxer/ fighter that is dealing with the critiques of that world after losing a few fights. He also is the guardian of a younger sister, so, he is feeling pressure from all, sides.

He notices Tasha and of course there is an attraction. However he is trying to ignore it. Eventually, the looks evolve into more and of course he believes it's affecting his focus. So, he makes a decision that cause them both more pain.

This book was short, but I could still feel the tension and suspense. It was a read that I enjoyed. I don't think I have read a book of the male being Samoan yet. That alone had me interested.

I totally dug this novella! It is on the shorter side but gets to the heart of the matter and pulls you in. FMC reclaiming herself after a battle with addiction meets her alpha idol and yes he falls also! I love being able to relate on most aspects with the FMC so this was definetly a win! Enter fine Samoan fighter who pushes everyone away to be his best and protect his sister. He let her in and was better for it! Also side note yay that baby sis got something out of it too! Definitely recommend this quick light slow burn read! Not a lot of actual heat but the lead up is great! Again wish it was longer but it does its job and gives you all your feels how you need them! Go check it out!.

My Service is filled with drama, sexual tension, and quirky characters. Dominic is alpha demanding and also punishing himself while keeping people at arms length. Tasha is a vibrant soul struggling to make something of herself after overcoming addiction. I love how the author builds the chemistry and connection between these two, while simultaneously building a strong friendship between Tasha and Lana. The action and drama balance out the tension nicely, with a quick pace and low angst. The writing is easy to read and the novella flows nicely from start to finish. This is a new to me author, and I enjoyed this story very much. I will definitely read more from this author!

Tasha meets her crush, Dominic, when she is hired as a housekeeper for his home. Dominic is a fighter ala UFC, and as Tasha was in rehab for alcohol, as she watched him, he gave her strength to continue her program.

When Dominic sees Tasha, he's mesmerized by her, but he keeps his distance at first. Then, the time comes when they give in to their desires. Will Dominic let Tasha into his heart?

This is my first read by Jia West, and it won't be my last. The writing flowed beautifully, and the story, the characters, kept me reading. I LOVED the cover, too!

Tasha and Dominic grabs you right from the beginning with their story. She is a recovering addict who has finally landed a job working for the man she obsesses over. When they finally connect it is explosive they try to fight their feelings but, in the end, when they surrender will it lead them to the happiness they deserve. This story had me connecting with the characters as they steer their path to happiness.

sweet read

So I had no expectation, but this book was actually really sweet. I love the characters and I love the storyline. I’m always looking for something new and interesting so I always pick random books and I’m glad I chose this one because it was really sweet. Totally recommend to anyone interested in reading a short, sweet romantic book.

This book was my second read by Jia West. And it was amazing! The tension that built up between Tasha and Dominic was great. I loved their growth as individuals and as a couple. Both of them were dealing with very real issues. This book was a quick, sexy, inspirational read!.
