Life-changing book, without a doubt.

I cant believe that this book came to me from a woman who simply did not believe a word this book says. She does not believe the mind-body connection is as powerful as biology and western medicine.

To my delight, the book found its way into my hands and I will read it a few more times over, for in it is an immense wisdom about the healing power within.

An incredible expression of how to explore chronic pain as a part of the self, instead of as something seperate from it to be controlled. A book to be consulted over and over.
