So this book was not my cup of tea. And I knew it was a dark romance so I was expecting the toxic relationship. I was also aware of the whole Captive thing, it's in the summary.

I wasn't expecting that she'd be chained up for always. I really thought she'd be released at some point. Also the pregnancy thing. That's a no thanks most of the time but especially in the living conditions she finds herself in.

The spice was pretty good so there was that. But I did think there was a lot of repeating happening in the spice and out.
