This is the second part in Emmett and Ivy's story in the Poison Duet.
It's been a heartbeat since Emmett and Ivy's cliffhanger in Poison Aches, and what a rollercoaster it's been. I've had to put these two (Emmett) in a few timeouts, due to the fact that I couldn't see the words in front of me cause of the great big fat tears blurring my sight. ummm.. is it over?
Was this really the last book in the series?? I’m so confused… I still have so many questions… I felt like I was reading a different series but maybe in the same world… like the first book in the duet where was this found family we saw in the previous books… if this was really the last book I’m very disappointed… and why end the book like that?
And then the whole book was just back and forth and all of a sudden in the last chapter they’re together just to go to that epilogue… am I the only one lost?

The Epic conclusion
The conclusion we have longed for, but it was definitely worth the wait. I really loved Ivy in this one, she made Emmett eat his words and work hard for her. I will admit author Thandie really had me believing that Emmett didn't care for her, but I loved the yearning, and intensity between them. Fabulous writing, pure entertainment. Loved it!!!

Worth the wait!!!
Thandie - This book was everything, I loved these two and it was gut wrenching how their story played out. Thank you so much for your words. This world is a wild ride, and I highly recommend it. You never see the twist coming. I anxiously await the next chapter!
