The Direction is beaten down again and APA is ‘imprisoned’ in a space station, but rebuilding society is proving to be difficult with violent scavengers and disgruntled communities.
Lila and her husband have left the Vita Nova military and strive to overcome the trauma of the past with hope as their motivation and faith as their compass. The war against evil is not over for them yet, though. Tragedy strikes and Lila is left to decide to give up or pick up the pieces (and her rifle) and fight again.
Can Lila overcome her loss and help her friends gain victory over an incessant foe? Will their faith in God be strong enough to finally deliver them from oppression once and for all?
Most importantly, when the end comes will they be able to say “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” – 2 Timothy 4:7
Elisabeth is an award winning author who lives off-grid in rural western South Dakota as a stay-at-home wife and a mom of four home-schooled children. In her spare time, she loves writing books that have God, action, adventure, spiritual warfare, and characters that struggle at times but always find faith! She also loves to design her own book covers, proof read with her daughter, and make her husband lose an entire day reading one of her books.
I greatly enjoyed the story about Lila and Jack's and appreciate all the scripture references even with all the heavy stuff happening in the story I never had any pof that ick feeling after reading this book it helped me to be encouraged in my own use of scripture in life. Please please write more about Ethan and Gabe I would love to read that!
This was a great series. Wisdom was my favorite of the 3. There were so many emotions reading it. I cried a few times from sadness and even had some happy tears. The ending was perfect and unexpected.
