I’m feeling a mix of emotions after reading this one. During some points, I was like yeah I guess I see what the author is trying to do by sharing the perspective of guys in order for women to better know how to approach future potential relationships. On the other hand, I was like damn they are really repeating the idea that the women needs to 100% know herself, have 100% have fixed herself, and 100% be ready to tackle/solve the man’s problems in order to have a “successful” relationship. And look I get it, the target audience for this book are women, who are trying to tweak a thing or two in their lives in order to land a compatible partner. However, I admittedly did cringe at parts because it felt like I was being reprimanded for not being enough. Not being understanding enough. Not being open-mineded enough. This is all just my personal take, because maybe this read did help achieve clarity for others.
