Chris Minnick is a prolific published author of both fiction and non-fiction.
In his non-fiction writing, Minnick specializes in finding unique and engaging ways to incorporate stories and fun into teaching beginners and kids highly technical skills such as computer programming.
In his fiction writing, his style might be best described as absurdist bizarro fictional history. He published his first novel, Pickled Punk, in 2019. His second novel, Music For Losers, will be released in 2023.
In addition to his writing, Chris is an enthusiastic amateur at something new every day.
Covers a wide range of AI topics including how AI works, prompt engineering, creating content, coding, various business applications, and more. Doesn’t go very deep into any topic. Includes many tool recommendations and screenshots.

This book was a really INTRO book on Ai. I feel its demographic is elderly people who have no tech knowledge at all or someone who doesn’t have any knowledge of computers. I was a bit disappointed because I thought it would have more direct applications and detailed ways to engage. For instance most chapters just repeated the same tips of being direct and having a central goal, audience, etc when using an AI which seems like common sense. I learned way more and got a way better understanding of what AI was in Karen Hao’s Empire of AI book detailing the history of OpenAI and explaining complex things like transformers.
I had initially picked up this book wanting to get more more of an intro to AI with a non-coding and specialized science background but this book itself is too general. The only thing that I thought was useful was the mentions of different AI tools that exist. Otherwise if you want an engaging read about the timeline of AI that also helps explain the technical development read Hao’s book.
You read about, hear about it and see it on the news everyday. It’s the latest buzz: A.I.-Artificial Intelligence. It’s causing quite stir. People are fearful of it. They are loosing their jobs because of it and worse yet programmers and computer specialists are puzzled by it.
How does a computer program learn? How is it able to program itself and leave it’s creators puzzled as to how it is doing it?
A.I. spans business, education, mass media and almost every aspect of life.
I like watching YouTube. In the last year I have witnessed A.I. able to create incredible lifelike videos, bring the past alive through sophisticated coloration and animation techniques, create music and songs and here’s the amazing part-I asked A.I. to write a review of my blog.
It did it five seconds and it was a very concise and fact-filled review. Wow!
Is A.I. a precursor to the thinking machines as depicted in The Terminator movies or in The Matrix? Hardly-but slightly.
In Wiley Brand’s Learning Made Easy Artificial Intelligence All-In-One For Dummies book, written by Chris Minnick (and others), seven books in one delve into what makes A.I. tick.
The collection of the seven books examines Understanding A.I., A.I. Techniques, Productivity, Content Creation, A.I. At Home, A.I. Coding and Custom A.I. Solutions.
The book provides an exhaustive examination of A.I. from all sides with loads of information, tips, tricks, applications and more.
It’s time to embrace the future.
Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
The book explains what AI is, how modern generative AI works, how to prompt tools like ChatGPT and Copilot effectively, and how to apply AI across business functions—all while emphasizing responsible use and practical workflows.
👀 How this book changed my daily live (Takeaways)
GenAi is a tool that amplifies human potential, not a replacement for human creativity.

The singularity encompasses the 5 tribes of machine learning
I liked the first and second parts of the book; it makes a great effort not to oversell AI and puts the technology into perspective as a tool and nothing else. Unfortunately, the rest of the book tries to cover AI applications across multiple fields in a very superficial way, relying too heavily on Copilot
