Sabrina Lacey was the pen name for author Faleena Hopkins when she was shyly first becoming an author. Since then, all of her works have been repackaged and republished under her own name, save for the I Love My...novels.
I love it when a book takes you into a different world. In Stand Close, Sabrina Lacey takes us inside her hometown of Hollywood, with all the snarky fun, plastic living, and family dysfunction contained therein. Pop open an RedBull and enjoy; you won't be able to stop reading until the end of Book 3!
I found this bundle online and it sounded like something I would be interested in. I really enjoyed the story and thought it was cute. Some of it was kind of predictable then some was kind of shocking. I laughed a lot during the book as well. You could easily finish the book in 1 day.
This was a great story and a slightly unique storyline. Yes there was hot sex and alpha sexy men, but the main premise was not all about boy meets girl and so on. It was about family chosen and blood. I loved Sabrina Lacey's creativity and her ability to create believable characters and a close to reality plotline. The added bonus was that I didn't need to wait until the next chapter came out or payday to purchase the next book! This came in one bundle! Great Job!
Gave this bundle set 5 stars cause it kept me entertained the whole evening. It has such an interesting plot that just draws you in and I also loved the POVs.Its always great when authors write from different POVs.Loved it...Wish I would get her other books.

OMG I finished this in one day. I just couldn’t put it down. I just loved this book. OK so I really enjoyed this book (can you tell from above statements?). It was just not a romance book. It also included family issues. I can see why Jack and Sean felt the way they felt about their new step sister Rue. I also can see how Rue felt being thrown into the new lifestyle and then all the reporters hounding her. I was so glad that her friend stayed the same and not became a money grubbing person. This book was a fast read and I hope you enjoy it like I did.
I was given this book to read and give an honest review. This review is my honest opinion and I have fully read this book.
I liked the premise in the blurb, but what description doesn't tell you is that everything takes place over a week or so. Seriously, what's with insta-love and insta-family? The new brothers are famous for being rich - again, really? In LA? The plane crash was overkill, as was the speedy reconciliation with guy's mother.
