I definitely expected more of this book. First it is very hard to follow or understand if you don’t have medical knowledge at all. Second she says a lot but also nothing. I think the subject of the gut and brain and disease that are together is very large and very few people talk about it. So it is a good subject, she has some good points but very hard to read, to follow, and to understand in some parts. Also i expected more examples and how we as population can start and treat the gut problem
