Eric Thomas' sophomore release "Greatness is Upon You" is a good book. If you're new to Eric Thomas and his motivational speaking career, you will probably consider it a great book. The principles mentioned in this book will without a doubt set us up for success, however, if you're a frequent watcher of his YouTube series "Thank God It's Monday" , you will notice that the book is full of the same concepts mentioned in that series. It's an easy read, and you'll definitely get something out of this book. I would still give the nod to his first book, The Secret To Success, over this one. I give "Greatness Is Upon You" three out of five stars!
Love Eric Thomas. I was impressed with his approach towards this book. I've read a lot of "Success" oriented books and this was interestingly enough my favorite. I loved how detailed and process oriented he approached different "principles that successful people follow." He approached each chapter with a great story, quote & picture, and a day by day approach to adjusting your paradigm in regards to that principle.
