Wowwww Iris Boling does it again. sinergy was so amazing. I am already looking forward to the next book by Iris.

Now this is exactly how a spin off should begin. Lots of fire and all about the Sinergy!!!
Xavier Davenport is the younger brother of Zack Davenport who by the way is married to Diamond Lassiter (there story is book of of the "Teach Me" of the Gems and Gents series). Xavier Davenport is a serious architect that creates homes and communities for underprivileged families. His goal is to create and make his big brother proud of him. But now he wants what his brother has, Xavier wants a love of his own and he meets her in the most unlikeliest places and under crazy circumstances.
Nicole Brooks of the Brooks Dynasty, is the only girl with 3 brothers, she is the twin to Nicolas and big brothers High Powered Attorney Vernon and One of the Highest Men in the White House and the Country James Brook. So what is a girl to do but work to show her worth and not be looked upon as a spoiled daughter of Billionaire Parents. Nicole is a force to be reckoned with, who has no time for relationships. She is all about making her family proud of her and pushing the boundaries of expanding the Brooks empire. But Nicole is in for a big surprise, her heart is about to be captured.
Xavier and Nicole's story is complete "Sinergy" they are explosive together, two halves who were waiting to finally meet to become one. But before the happily ever after can come into place. Xavier and Nicole must deal with enemies trying to destroy the both of them and their families. They will have to deal with an unknown enemy who seems to always be 1 step ahead of them. They have to deal with a betrayal that will rock the Brooks family but will show the enemy that the Brooks are not a family to be trifled with. And we get to see James Brooks and Ashley from the "Heart Series" in this story which was great.
Xavier and Nicole's Sinergy leaped right off of the pages, you could tell that these two were not a couple forced together it was definitely rightly meshed. Two passionate people who love their family and friends and will move heaven and earth for them and each other. I really love these two it makes you want the same thing for your own relationship, there was no unnecessary drama meaning she didn't know if she wanted to be with him or not. Nicole knew she wanted and needed to be with Xavier. And Xavier wasn't waffling back and forth on whether he wanted to be in a relationship or not. Xavier wanted and needed to be with Nicole. They both completed each other and you didn't know where one began and the other ended. Xavier was very clear in his intentions with Nicole and expressly it aptly to her family. Which was clearly evident because the Patriarch and Matriarch clearly approved of them being together.
There are major bombshells dropped toward the end of the story that had me clutching my pearls. And we shall see it revisited hopefully in Book 2 which will be Nicolas story "Fatal Mistake" (Brook's Family Values).

When Xavier Davenport and Nicole Brooks met, the dictionary opened up and allowed a new word to be etched into the minds of all readers.
One charity event brought forth a chain of events and love abound, like it or not.
Iris Bolling decided on exploring the world containing the Brooks family and what a tour it is! From the soft but stable Nicole, superstar Taylor, her twin Nick, the parents Gwen and Avery, the sinister Constance and ever candid Vernon. Bolling held no punches showcasing the layers of the characters, even revealing a vulnerable side if one paid attention between the banter on the battlefield. James and Ashley make an appearance or two for a nice balance.
Trish Hargrove delivers plenty of havoc, including pushing Nicole's buttons to a point of no return. She's one of a few that will raise eyebrows.
The growth in Bolling's writing ability is heightened by the unexpected twists and turns delivered ever so smartly throughout the novel and the ending will have you demanding more.
5 star reading and highly recommended for those that enjoy romance, suspense, drama, and adventure.

This ending blew my socks off! I tried to speculate, & everything in me stopped me from turning to the end! Xavier & Nicole were definitely an explosive 🧨 couple! The love they acquired for one another in such a short period of time was beautifully written, I felt it! I loved the Brooks family & everything they stood for, which is why the ending shocked me so! Naverone was a bad mother, I might just read her and Vernon’s story next. My first Iris Bolling novel and I was satisfied, a romance and a suspense wrapped in on. Very good read 👏🏾!

Well good grief. This is my first read by Iris Bolling and let me tell ya, I liked to passed out. The quality in her writing was excellent. The storyline flowed and you could not help but keep turning them pages. I have said it, this book needs to be a movie. I loved the characters Nicole and Xavier. Shoot I loved all of the characters, they were each powerful in their own right. This book read like Carl Webbers, Family Business. The power, the love, the family unity, the sneaky, and the redemption. I hooped when Nicole knocked home girl bully on her behind. And I loved how Xavier stood by her from the beginning to the end. I hope these two characters come back on the scene. I won't give it all away, you just have to get your hands on a copy and settle down for the ride. Outstanding.

As a big fan of Iris Bolling I was thrilled to read another installment of her cast of characters. The main focus in this story is the amazing chemistry between Xavier and Nicole, and how it evolves into a beautiful relationship of love and trust. However, we cannot have a good story without some drama. Enter the supporting characters that bring adultery, blackmail, bullying, family loyalty and values, dysfunctional behavior and greed. WOW! It's like one big thrill ride/read seeing how the author manages to intertwine the main and background stories into a nice neat package.
Did I mention the steamy love scenes? Yes, they are there too, along with the playful sexy banter as in true Iris Bolling's signature style without the use of profanity.

Great start to the Brooks Family Values
I have to say, I didn't think I would even like it as !such as I did The Heart Series, but I'm hooked now! I liked Nicole's character when she was introduced in the second book of The Heart Series, so it was certainly nice to learn a little more about her. I guess there has to be a 'Carolyn' character in all of these books, huh? Lol well Carolyn definitely plays the fame better than Trish so far, but I imagine this is only the beginning. I can't wait to see what's in store next!

I like the story of Xavier and Nicole. It was cute. There were a few different story lines going on. Although they were semi related to Xavier and Nicole I would have liked to read about their interactions more. The book was short enough already, all the other drama going on around the main characters caused me to get to know them less. I think Vernon has a juicy story waiting in the wings, I'd love to read that.

Xavier was doing an auction for charity when her meets Nicole. The chemistry and attraction was immediate. Xavier knew from the beginning that Nicole was the woman for him. From the beginning their relationship had some obstacles but Xavier was determined to not let any harm come to his woman. I loved this book from the very beginning. Unless could not put it down!!! I can't wait to see what is going to happen next in this series!!

If you are looking for some excitement, fun & synergy this is the book you've been looking for!!! I have to admit that I didn't know how Ms. Bolling could ever step up her writing game! She knocked it out of the park with "SINERGY!!! Looking forward to reading more about the Davenports and Brooks!

Awesome Read
This was a fantastic read! Iris Bolling, you did it again! I really enjoyed every last word and every scene in this book. The only thing I hate is the fact that I need more. Addicted to your stories. This is a book to get lost in. Everyone who reads this book will enjoy it. I will and have recommended this book to others. This is a must read. Enjoy!

Sensual Energy INDEED
Another INTRIGUING thrill ride from Ms. Bolling! Could NOT put it down! The interaction between Xavier and Nicole is SIZZLING...and the mystery and suspense surrounding the Brooks' family kept me turning the pages. Can't wait for the next book in this HIGHLY entertaining series.

The first book in the Family Values series is all about the Brooks family. Nicole was a great place to start. Iris gave an amazing story , but left a million unanswered questions. Waiting on book 2.

Messy and greedy people never seem to learn!
Such is the case with Trish who thought her tart tongued demeanor could win over a man who had peeked who and what she really was from the love of a woman Nicole who in her realness and humility captured his heart. Sadly the Hargroves made being beat down by the Brooks one of their income streams! Yes, this was the epitome of a mean girl who was also jealous of Nicole because people naturally gravitated to Nicole while Trish had to use subterfuge and manipulation to get people to notice her. And trust me upstanding people did not hold her or her family in high regard unlike how they did the Brooks family! Add to the mix the younger brother of Zack Davenport the one and only Xavier Davenport who from the moment he saw Nicole at the charity auction knew she was the one for him. As mean girls usually operate, they cannot stand to be upstaged especially by someone they have convinced themselves and some others is beneath them! I am glad the initial plot of Vernon's biological father was uncovered. But we know he nor Trish are done yet. Both are gearing up for their next assault on the Brooks family. They should also be getting ready to take another beating and the next one just may cause some lives. Xavier and Nicole came out of this first round of attacks an engaged couple while Trish is now scheming to get next to Grant Hutchison. But you already know one of those high functioning Lassiter daughters is going to shut down on that too. So the way I see it, Trish would do better just going on and getting a job that is if she is qualified to do something other than scheme, manipulate and try to use her body to get set up for life!!! Trish got her behavior from both of her parents and now that they have been exposed, one would think they would use some of their extorted money to buy a clue!!!!! Until the next book happy reading.

My mouth is still hanging open . I thought Zachery Davenport port was a force to be reckoned with but Xavier Davenport’s world collided with the world of Nichole Brooks and I think those two knock earth off it’s axes 🔥 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥.
Iris Bolling,never ceases to amaze me ❤️ this introduction to the Brooks family had me gasping laughing and almost choking on my beverage ☺️. The Brooks family had their secrets and knew just how to deal with those that thought they could capitalize off of them by airing what most would call their dirty linen .
There was way to much going on in this hot sexy, family having ,families back to go into detail so I’m just going to say

After leaving the Lassiter's world, my expectations for entering the Brooks' world was not as high. I didn't expect to be disappointed. I just couldn't imagine the same level of intrigue and excitement. Was I ever WRONG!!!
The chemistry between Xavier and Nicole was intense. I enjoyed the way they communicated. I enjoyed Xavier's interactions with Nicole's family. I enjoyed the way the Brooks' took care of business in a fashion similar to the Lassiter family. And I especially enjoyed that there was an occasional Lassiter appearance. That was unexpected.
I only wish there had been more of Xavier and Nicole's relationship and that the book had been longer. I read the book in one sitting and was sorry to see it end. I am loving Iris Bolling's work.

I loved this story and cannot wait to read all the Brooks books! I am in love with family series now! Xavier and Nicole falling in love so soon after meeting! I love each Brook family member! The mother and father in this series because they are Black makes me enjoy it more! And they are Billionaires is something you do not see that often in family series and the mother and father together raising successful children! Strong, successful, loving and supporting each other! And I want Xavier and Nicole to make it together, but others in this story is just as motivating to complete other series in these stories! Rating 5 Plus!

Very good!
I loved this book, loved Nicole and Xavier. Their communication was key, did not let people ruin what they had going. Only thing I did not like is it felt like I started in the middle of something that was already going on. Even though this said Book 1, it mentioned alot of things that had alread happened and gave no explanation. I looked through the authors catalog and see mention of the Lassiters, so could be there, but it just did not feel like book 1 of a series and I am not commiting to a 7 book series to find out.

Sinergy was a page turner which gave up passion and heat when Nicole and Xavier met. Their relationship evolved into an I wish I had that type of heat novel. Meeting the Brooks family will make you laugh and cry just a bit. They are a family that will go swinging for one another.
If you need a great series to read be sure to stop for a visit with the Brooks Family

Absolutely Awesome!
It's like I'm watching an episode of a modernized version of Dynasty. I love the protection, the support and the unconditional love the Brook's and Davenport's have for each other and those who are in their circle. I am really a big, big fan of SINERGY. LOL! Wow!
This story hit all of my marks for a re read. I laughed, cried, got angry, smiled, and fist pumped the air. A great ride that is continuing with the next book. I love Xavier, he may seem quiet and non confrontational.....but the incident at the studio, let me know still waters definitely run DEEP with a brother.

Every time I pick up a book by this author I just think and read fabulous. It is intense and exciting filled with action and the characters work well together and you want to know more about them and their story.......cannot wait to start next book!

What an outstanding book! Xavier and Nicole took me there with them. I loved a different side of Vernon and the whole coming together of the family! Ms. Bolling has done it again with a great storyline and cliffhanger. I cannot wait to read the next story!

Now I have to go read all the Lassiter, Davenports an Brooks stories. Read within 24 hours with a lack of sleep. Some people will never have a love like Xavier an Nicole in this lifetime. Suspense, mystery, truth, family, love an revenge. What a recipe ! Fast paced, page turner. Bravo
