The Loneliness Of Healing

Rate this book
"The loneliness of healing" is a book for anyone learning how to feel, heal, and begin again.
This collection blends poetry, reflection, and honest storytelling to explore childhood wounds, loneliness, heartbreak, self-worth, and what it really means to start over. It’s not about fixing everything overnight , it’s about seeing yourself clearly,
choosing yourself, and taking one small step at a time.
For readers who’ve felt unseen, unchosen, or too much, this is for you.

"I spent so long trying to survive,
trying to fix myself,
trying to prove I was worth loving...
I forgot to ask who I am without all that."

Such a beautiful book that I needed during the time of my internal healing. Loneliness shouldn’t be frowned upon or feared, sometimes it can be a beautiful thing to really help you move forward
