Good for employee motivation to create ideas for your business. Not a solution just a bunch of work and exercises to conduct.

Great book

This book is informative and simple to understand. The diagrams and visual pictures really helped. This book is 4/5 for me.

An excellent introduction. I'd recommend it for someone looking to get the basics of some ideas, but other reading on top of it is advisable to expand upon the core concepts within the book.

Loved this little book. VERY Practical ways to engage others in the process of creation and innovation in business. Author steps you through the preparation, and implementation - so it's not about coming up with ideas, or being an 'ideas person'. It's about creating solutions that help your business evolve and compete effectively.

I had the opportunity to interview the author (she's very funny) and the interview will be on the www.abn.org.au website by the end of February 2014.
