10 out of 10 and yes I do recommend. I absolutely loved Raven and Memphis story. It was captivating, gripping, spicy and full of drama. As much as I loved the FMC and the MMC Janel stole show for me. She was so funny and sassy it felt like she was designed after myself 😉. Also who could forget to mention the cutest doggo ever Whistler. He stole my heart ❤️ Please do yourself a favor and read this book. Support black women authors!

This love story was simply touching and complex. Roger’s gives us the complete roller coaster ride of emotions (from love, grief, anxiety back to love). Can’t wait to read book 2 in the series.

Amazing love story built around two people who desperately need to be reminded that love is possible. I love Raven and Memphis’s chemistry. They are a whole vibe.
