I can't believe I actually liked this. I usually hate ménage books, usually because the heroine is weak, or stupid, or without a redeeming quality. AND, I don't always enjoy the dynamic.
I got the first book free and then ended up buying the box set to see how the story ended.
I will say that I liked the 1st and 3rd books better than the 2nd however there was some important information in the 2nd so it all balanced out.
However, I really liked Melinda/Isis... and the premise was really interesting. She's a bank teller who is on duty when it's being robbed and she actually wants to see it robbed since she hates her sleazy employer. Perhaps the only thing that could have made this better, was to have the author show us just how sleazy this guy is, rather than telling us... it was a bit difficult to get over the "stealing is wrong" in my head.
I thought Isis was funny and smart and I really liked how she joins this group despite their protests. And its was interesting to watch the relationship form and evolve in this pack. And the bank robbers are more than meets the eye: Zeus, is the brooding silent type with amazing green eyes; Odin is intense, has an accent and is the tech expert; and Thor seems to be the friendliest, the warmest of the three and has medical training. We learn much more about them and their complicated personalities.
This is also highly erotic, so hold on to your hats!
A Ménage "relationship" cannot possibly have a traditional happy ending, so you shouldn't expect that, but there is an ending that seems appropriate for this kind of relationship.

This was SO much fun.
I read book one a while back in one of those 99 c anthologies and never got to book two. I saw a teaser for book 4 and grabbed this box set and I'm so glad I did.
Most menage-type books are 95% about the sex and 5% storyline. That's not the case here.
Annika Martin has weaved a story here that lets you see beyond the incredibly hot sex (yes, it's VERY VERY HOT) and see relationships. It was fun, funny, steamy, and very heartfelt in places. I fell in love with each of the 3 men for different reasons and Isis is fantastic heroine, too.
Can't wait for book 4!

This book is still in my thoughts! I long for another one like this that makes me fall in love with men like this. Not because they were thieves but because of how they eventually fell in love with the heroine. How the books gradually started and worked toward intensity. The way they loved so deeply that they would willingly die for each other. This work of art made me remember falling in love and reminds me why I am still in love with my own hero after 10 years, how I will love my husband until with both are gone from this earth!
Whatever you do, don't stop after the first book. Believe me in this! It gets so much better. This author has a way of making you laugh and love during this series.
Rated 18+ due to strong sexual encounters, subject matter and language.

The first book was really good, an interesting plot, hot sex, and appealing characters. But the next two books went downhill fast, and the writing got bad, like they were rushed to publication. Disappointing.

So Ridiculously Good!
I think I stumbled across this series a few years ago and never completed the final 2 books, so I'm going back to read them all and review (why didn't I review them?).
I like the absurdity of this series that is based on just a small piece of reality. Like, I can picture this happening, but it's still over there top crazy. Melinda is kidnapped during a bank robbery and has to choose whether to go back to her oppressive life or stay with the kinky bank robbers. So hot, so exciting!
The Wrong Turn
I loved how things were coming together for the god pack and they were enjoying life. It was thrilling to get to be with Isis as she got ready for her first bank heist and starting to feel like a family.
The Deeper Game
The pack had decided to take on the best bank in the world although everyone seems to be having bad feelings. Is it simply a bad feeling though, or is someone trying to stop them? Isis is trying to think about long term planning and it's hard to get the guys to go along for the ride.

Meh
Well I read the first book quite a long time ago and when I got a credit from Amazon, I decided to get this book. At the very core, I like the storyline. One girl and three hot guys meeting in a crazy way is just full of so much potential and also the ability to play around with different personalities within the group. Now obviously it's not Shakespeare or anything and I really don't want to pick apart everything I didn't like. There is one thing though that did really make me mad. In the first book, Isis is given a safeword so that any time she doesn't want to do something sexual or otherwise she won't have to. However every time they ask her if she is using her safeword, it doesn't seem like checking in, it seems like a threat and so of course she never used it because she doesn't want to upset the group. It's not an ok message to send to anyone.

I loved these books and the the development of the characters as the books progressed the way the oh so strong alpha males melt your hear in certain moments that you can see the "lost boy" in the big bad bank robbers. Let's not forget the steamy scenes that will make you sweat and squirm reading them.

I absolutely love box sets and this was no different. I thought it would be a darker theme than what it was. It was a bit more rom-com.
THE HOSTAGE BARGAIN – Melinda is working at the bank when the robbers hit. She ends up being taken hostage and since she has a huge issue with the owner of the bank, she helps them get away. Then she ends up staying for their next job to get money to help save her family farm. The only problem is that she ends up falling for the hot alpha bank robbers.
THE WRONG TURN – So as Melinda spends more time with the boys she knows that they have a dark past. What will happen when their past catches up with them?
THE DEEPER GAME – When Isis is being stalked will the boys be able to find out who and plan the biggest heist of their career at the same time?
So, I loved these three books. Yes, they have to be read in order to really enjoy them. This box is a great way to do it. They were more than I expected. The covers recently changed and now they have a lighter feel to them which is reflective of the story inside. Yes, the God Pack boys have dark pasts and there are threats to them, but there are also some very funny moments. A great series!

It is an intense emotional ride. A good sexy thriller that you just can't stop reading (even if it's three books in one, I think I stopped sleeping and it was hard in the morning, a lot of coffee needed!).

I own them all.... I love this series, what's not to love about Kinky Bank Robbers??!!? Annika Martin is one of my favorite authors. The God Pack made up of Odin, Zeus, Thor, and Isis are sizzling, sexy, funny, damaged, and so passionate about each other. I kind of don't want this series to end...EVER!!

Oh my Goddess! I love this series so much. I have read all of these books over and over again. This is a RIDICULOUSLY HILARIOUS, fast-burn, contemporary, reverse harem romance. At the same time, it's an action-packed, whirlwind adventure.
Book 1, The Hostage Bargain, is a cops and bank-robbers thrill ride.
Book 1.5 is The Wrong Turn and more of a novella about a couple of god pack dates, and it's another insane bank robbing adventure with a kinky twist or three.
Book 2, The Deeper Game, is more over the top fun, but this time there's a mystery to solve.
The Hostage Bargain:
I wish it was possible to give another 5,000 stars to my rating. I loved this story! I've read it over and over. I'm pretty sure my Kindle app is going to get stuck on one of the pages in this book. The story is funny, quirky, crazy, sexy, ridiculous, and kinda sweet. Isis is one of the funniest main characters I've ever seen get bank-napped. Thor, Zeus, and Odin are hot, smart, and awesome.
There was plenty of action in this, so the story was fast-paced and fun. There's just too much good stuff to list all the things that made me laugh or fan myself. Whoo! The smexy times are seriously hot, I mean white-hot, spine-sizzling, brain-tingling, toe-curling scenes.

Isis and the guys continue to have kinky adventures, as well as deal with another threat. Isis has a stalker while the God Pack plans the biggest heist yet. I loved this book even more than the first one.

Crazy, unbelievable, hot and funny.
This series is well written, funny, hot, very hot and completely unbelievable.
I absolutely loved the start of this series where the bank robbers rob a bank where all the staff hate the owners and not one of them would have tried to stop it, Melinda goes out of her way to make sure they get everything and I loved the end where everything falls into place for the next book.
I loved the complete craziness of the whole thing, the God names and the whole bank robbing thing they had going on. The deeper darker parts added depth and intrigue and the guys themselves, Thor, Odin and Zeus...wow
In the third book Isis has a stalker and while his identity is no secret it's the reason behind his actions where the mystery lies. Plans are in motion for one huge heist but is now the best time, with everything that's going on should the heist be postponed, where do the guys priorities lie?
This series and these characters really grew on me and the final book, particularly towards the end had me reading as fast as I could just to find out what happened.
It's not the last we'll see of these guys since I gather there's to be a spin-off book.

I found this book through the Menage reading group. It was one of the reads of the month and I wasn't sure because of the title. But...I was in a bit of a reading rut. So I gave it a go. And thank God I did! I loved the first book and couldn't wait to read the next two.
This is a light hearted, smexy series of stories. Yes, there are some angsty moments, but the humour and light tone always shine through. It means at times you are biting your nails, but you aren't actually upset. You're enjoying living vicariously through the heroine. I loved her voice. There'd be this really intense hot scene, and the guys would be getting all overly macho - and she'd go and prick their ego's with one well placed, pithy put down. But always they were full of affection for one another underneath the banter - which can be lacking in some romances.
If you want something, sexy. Full of hot alpha men - and with a biting wit. Then I can def rec this steamy read.

One of the men turns her on. To make the story short, eventually they have a foursome, some bad guys are after them, they do some more robbing and someone is after Melinda. It's got to be someone they know. Zeus wants revenge. Will they find the man before it's too late?

Captured my attention.
I have been in a bit of a blasé mood reading as of late, I picked up the first book for free. I thought what the hey I'll give this a try. I was instantly pulled in and fascinated.
