I also got this book as an ARC version from the author. Can I say holy shit... I loved the story from both Parker and Maddie. I'm glad the it was wrote like this. I like dual point of view stories depending on the book. It worked for this one. The last book left off at Parker going back to LA and trying to get his affairs straight so he could do what's right for his daughter Lily. He wanted to give up fighting. But when he went in and spoke to his manager he had no choice but to do the Vegas fight. He agreed but didn't know how to tell Maddie thinking that she would leave him again. So he avoided her. Mean while Maddie had filled out an application for him to work as a security guard where she works. She called and told him that he had gotten the job. Parker was going to tell her about the Vegas fight but didn't. He said he would take the job. She was happy but then she found out about the fight by following the MMA sites and started thinking that she didn't want him to resent her for choosing her over something he loved to do. Parker goes for a walk after he gets off the phone with Maddie and runs into someone from his past that caused a lot of trouble and almost cost his friend Colt and Jo lives. Anyways he arrives in Vegas and he is walking around with Colt and Jo. They get to a bridge and start looking at the bill board that is showcasing the upcoming fight and he gets a big surprise by Maddie showing up in Vegas. He was really happy about it. Now fast forward Fight Night. Of course he wins which is a plus for him and Maddie. They go out to celebrate and he wanted to marry her but they decided not to because of Lily not being a part so they do the next thing and decided to go get tattoo's. They go to a neighborhood and find the shop closed. They turn to leave and notice three men following them. Comes to find out Parker knows who one of them is Striker and of course it turns into a big fight and Maddie gets kidnapped. that's where the story ends. I need more cant wait for the next book.

JJ Knight is the queen of serial romance. She combines an explosive romance, suspense, and the ultimate cliffhanger. With each installment in the serial, she quickly concludes the major cliffhanger from the previous installment and starts escalating a new twist in the plot. The volume is fast paced, entertaining, and keeps the reader glued to the pages. Her characters are well developed and very easy to like.

Fight For Her Vol. 2 eased the readers minds when we saw that Parker was okay after his last fight. Although he had some medical issues, it was not enough to keep him out of the cage.

After losing the fight, Parker is really questioning his MMA career. Maddie is not on board with his career. His fighting credentials are on the west coast and far away from his family. His reputation as a fighter has plummeted to rock bottom. Everything he has worked so hard to achieve is ruined by one defeat in the cage. Or is it?

A video of the fight goes viral and soon fans a screaming for a rematch. This could be the fight of his career. This could be the one fight that puts him in the big leagues. He will have to choose between Maddie and his career.

Parker and Maddie find a way to work through the issues of his career and their future. Things are finally looking positive for their relationship, family, and careers. Things are starting to work. It seems perfect until Parker’s past sins come back to haunt them in a very threatening and dangerous way. You know what comes next. Cliffhanger!

I can’t wait for Fight For Her Vol. 3! It will be released on November 7, 2014.

Holy Smoke I just finish reading this book, and I love it, love the characters, and I cant believe this is how it end, now I cant wait to read the third book in the series, I am so loving this series, I am gone keep this short since I don't want to give anything away.

The story pick up right where Fight For Her Volume 1 end it, it end it with Parker being in the match and block out.

In this book it start with Parker being drag back to the dressing room, and Maddie wondering how he doing, after that scare things gets a little to series for Parker, he have to make choices and Maddie just let him know that they are hiring where she works at, she ask him if she wants her to fill an application out, Parker say yes, but once he got back to LA he was not expecting the news that he got, that he was gone have a match in Vegas, but when Maddie told him that he was hire he did not wanted to tell her the news, but Maddie found out about it and told him to take it, finally everything is going great for Maddie and Parker into someone from Parker pass shows up what will it happen now.

I really love and enjoy reading this book, and the ending left me with my mouth hanging open, now I cant wait to see what will happen next, Author J.J. Knight THANK YOU for this awesome series, ans this amazing characters love them.

JJ Knight seriously knows how to write MMA romance. The second volume in the serial follows Parker after his loss on the East Coast as he battles between pursuing his fight career and moving to be near Maddie and Lily. I really enjoyed learning more about Maddie and her motivation for the decisions she's made, and of course I grew fonder of Parker. JJ Knight does a fabulous job writing characters so you don't take sides, but rather understand them and respect their choices. This makes her characters and their story more relatable and enjoyable. As for the romance, it's no secret that Knight knows how to bring the sexy. However, I was floored by one of the first sex scenes in this volume. It's described from Parker's POV and though it's hot, Knight's word choice conveys the depth of emotion he feels for Maddie. It made me take notice of how the romance is written so differently than the newer relationships (Jo & Colt or even Jess & Dylan), and it really establishes how much love exists between Parker and Maddie. This element plus the way Knight delivers the adrenaline pumping action and suspense really showcases her talent as an author. And my, what a cliffhanger...can't wait for next week!

This is the continuation of Maddie and Parker's story. They are trying to get back to the relationship they once had. It's going to take a lot of work, but they will do everything in their power to be better parents for Lily. Parker gets a very big fight of his life and it comes with being away from Maddie and Lily. Will he end his career just so he could have the family life with them? Or will he take the offer and leave them?

Maddie wants Parker to be in her and Lily's life. She wants what a husband would do. To be in someone's arms to keep her warm and safe everyday. She's very independent and it's what she's been doing since she gave birth to their daughter. When you think everything was going so well, something tragic happens. This might change Maddie's decision to pursue the life she's always wanted with Parker and for Lily's sake. Cliffhanger, yes! I can't wait.

JJ Knight always manages to hook me into her stories and this one was no different. At the end of vol. 1, Parker is involved in an MMA fight and it didn’t go so well. In this volume, we see the after effects of his loss and how that could possibly affect his relationships with both Maddie and Lily. He is afraid that he will lose them forever but he is willing to do whatever it takes to keep them. I loved seeing the vulnerable side to Parker. JJ was able to show that he has changed from being a cocky fighter when he was younger to a mature man who is thinking about the most important people in his life. The interaction between Parker and Lily was so sweet and loving. Maddie was great in this installment. Instead of fighting against her feelings for Parker, she fully embraces them and now will fight to keep him for both herself and her daughter. We see the changes in both Parker and Maddie in that they realize what is important and that their love and family is their priority. To me, that is what this installment is all about. Now it wouldn’t be a JJ Knight book if there wasn’t a cliffhanger. And boy, is it a good one! There is about to be a major throw down and I can’t wait to see how it will all play out. Another great story and series by JJ that will keep you engaged for sure.

I received an ARC of Fight for Her #2. This post will have a *SPOILER* in near the end. I cannot give it 5 stars because of my problem with the end.... Otherwise, all I can say is I wish more men were like Parker. Parker has gone back to LA, while Maddie and his daughter Lily are in New York. He knows that he belongs with his family, to the point he is willing to give up his passion/career in order to be with the woman he loves and a father to his daughter. Of course, Maddie hears he has a fight planned that he did not tell her about and she is worried he will blame her for giving up a chance at his dream. Now for my *SPOILER* and why I cannot give the book 5 stars.....The whole story felt believable until the very end. When Parker and Maddie decide on a spur of the moment to go to a Tattoo parlor that he googled on his phone. When they get to this tattoo parlor it is closed but there is someone there to attack Parker. A. unless they are being followed and that person called to warn the others on where they were going there is no way they would have known to find them there.... I guess I will have to wait and see if it is explained in Book 3 because of course JJ Knight ends with traditional cliffhanger...

Maddie is in a state of shock at the end of the fight and Parker aka Power Play was hurt bad, knocked out, with a concussion and his eye sight affected. But Maddie comes through and stays with him. He doesn't want to leave Maddie and Lily but has to go back to LA. Maddie wants to help him get a normal job and them to have a life as a family, and he wants that too. He is honestly willing to walk about from the MMA for love. That last fight has made Parker a household name so what is he to do? A Vegas rematch with Blitzkrieg for the championship match with Viper. Things have changed, sponsors are on board, the purse is large and Maddie is in his corner. Parker doesn't share that Lani and Striker have made threats against him. Parker is in for the fight of his life, and it isn't in the cage, it is on the streets where there is no ref, no rules and it isn't a fair fight, can he and Maddie survive this one? Oh yes, we have our famous JJ Knight Cliffhanger. Now his fight is for his love of Maddie and Lily.

JJ Knight your superb! This is by far the best series this author has written. Fight For Her volume 1 reintroduced us to Parker from Uncaged Love. Colt and Jo have forgiven him and Colt finds out that Parker has a daughter. Know volume 2 starts us off once again Maddie the mother do his daughter who he loves very much, watches Parker getting beat in the ring pretty badly. Maddie is strong character who I just love. She walked away from Parker before when he was pummeled, but there us no way she's going to do that again. Volume 2 shows us the depth of Parker and Maddie's commitment to each other. We get to see Parker falling in love with his daughter Lily, and at the same time, Maddie is finally seeing a future with Parker. They have matured, and there is no way in hell is anything or anyone going to get in their way of being together. Well maybe there perhaps, is an old enemy! You gotta read this to find out. Once again, JJ Knight has given us her classic cliffhanger. I just got to have more of Parker!! Cannot wait to see what happens next.

Thanks to the author, I was allowed to read an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review. This is the 2nd installment in a 4 part serial and it does end in a quite the cliffhanger. If you don't like cliffhangers, then wait a couple of more weeks and get all four parts at one time.

This series is awesome! Parker is such a great guy. He truly wants to try to do the right thing for Maddie and his daughter. He wants them in his life. It seems at every turn, he faces a new challenge that could potentially keep them apart.

Maddie has realized that she lost Parker once and she doesn't want that to happen again. She wants him to be with her and raise their daughter as a family. As time goes on, she can see that Parker is willing to give up a part of himself to be with them. Can she help him figure out a way that they can have it all?

Just as things seem to be going their way all around, boom....cliffie! JJ Knight always keeps us on our toes with the cliffhangers. Looking forward to next week and Part 3!!! Five stars for Parker & Maddie!

Maddie wants Parker to move to New York and work at the building where she works. Parker is an MMA fighter and is not sure if he wants to be a security guard. He has been offered to teach MMA in New York, maybe that is what he will do. Just as long as he is near Maddie and Lily. When Parker has a fight in Vegas, he wants Maddie there but not sure she would be able to handle it. When she shows up, he wants to show her everything and might even propose marriage. Things get very interesting and scary after the fight. Maddie is taken and Parker is left being beaten. All because Striker thinks Parker ratted them out about they attacked Colt & Jo. Parker did the right thing, although being in on the attack was wrong, Parker came back to make sure Colt & Jo were gonna be alright. I love this series, better yet anything JJ Knight writes, she is the best at telling a great story with killer cliff-hangers. Yes, there is one here too but you can't not read this series. Can't wait for part 3.

Wow! I don't even know what to say. This series is my favorite so far. I'm loving the bond between Maddie and Parker. I really hope these two get the happily ever after they deserve. With that being said, I give this book 5 stars since that is as high as I can go. Parker aka Power Play has a fight which he loses big time! Maddie is there and sees the fight and is worried but waits around for him and stays the night. He ends up going back home to find that a rematch has been set up for Vegas. He tries to back out because he thinks that is what Maddie would want. He cannot back out of the fight. He goes to Vegas and runs into Lanie. She tells him he better watch his back! Colt arranges fir Maddie to come to Vegas for the fight. After the fight, they are walking the strip and take a back alley when they are faced with Striker and a gang of thugs.
I was sent this ARC in exchange for an honest review. This boon was great! Cannot wait for book 3. This is one series you do not want to miss out on! Way to go JJ Knight! You are such a talented author and we love your work!

There is just something about this story that I like a lot!

Parker get pretty banged up after the fight. But he heals slowly. Things are going great between him and Maddie. Parker flys back to LA for a fight he has coming up. Turns out Parker is getting a lot of publicity from his last fight that he lost. Some chick has a crush on him so she is always posting stuff on MMA websites. Anyways.. peeps what a rematch in VEGAS. His chance to make it in the big times. Well because parker is awesome he tells his trainer that he isn't going to do it. Parker doesn't want to put Maddie through another fight. Then Maddie says hell no! You will be fighting in Vegas. (I like Maddie) Then Maddie suprises Parker and shows up. Spoiler..Parker Wins!!

Ends with...Parker and Maddie are walking through Vegas and then get cornered and a fight breaks out, Maddie calls 911 and then a van pulls up and Maddie gets thrown in and Parker is left. Then the books ends.

Excited to see where this book goes.

A sexy intense read.
The author packs a whole bunch of emotions, action, and heat into these sweet little novellas.
Finally things are looking good for both Parker and Maddy and they are walking on sunshine, holding hands and feeling the love.
Parker is an intense sexy guy who knows what he wants: Maddy, Lily, and the MMA, he has beat himself up emotionally for letting Maddy slip away and mourns those lost years. His determination to have everything make him so sexy and sweet, you can help but cheer him on.
Now Maddy on the other hand needs to learn to fight for their love and not be afraid to take a chance.....sometimes she comes off as kind of wussy and in doing so lets Parker and their love down.
But now things have fallen into place as she steps up to the cage in support of Parker's big fight but as we know sometimes shit happens and everything hits the fan.....leaving both of them fighting for their lives.....leaving a doozy of a cliffhanger.
Another remarkable book in this series and looking forward to #3.

I was given a copy of this book for my honest opinion with that said it was exactly what I expected and more...this one earns it's 5 stars from me! JJ Knight did not disappoint...I will say that this one ends in with a cliffhanger even more intense that the first books. We see in this book some more of Colt and Jo and the fighters has his club...We also see some others from the past that we could certainly do without! Maddie and Parker in this book work to be a family with Lily and Parker has some hard choices to make in order to keep his family together. We see their love shine as well as struggles surface...it is also intense, sexy and so so hot! As I mentioned before this ends in a cliffhanger and wow does it make me want book 3 right now as I need to know what happens next...but that one comes out in two weeks but I know it will so be worth the wait. Thank you JJ Knight you have done it again!

Great follow up but really short and with cliffhanger . After that fight in New York where Parker lost, he went back to LA , however , that fight pave way to his chance to be in the big league since a rematched was on the pipeline when the cage fight went viral. I love how Parker and Maddie was strong and determined this time to make their relationship work. And wow the chemistry and hotness, just wow. This time, Parker would be willing to give up his dream for Lily and Maddie and have a normal life with them and Maddie was willing to support PArker this time to achieve his dream , be strong and brave for him. But with Parker career on the rising . some old enemies resurfaced and was plotting revenge on him . and my friend .. the cliffhanger Sucks and frustrating but this not one of the stories Im willing to give up its too good not to finish so yeah .. i'll bite my nails while waiting for Book 3

OMG!OMG!OMG! I don't think I can say that enough. We are following the story of Parker, an MMA fighter, and Maddie as they rekindle their love and connection to each other. They are both finding ways that they can love and support what the other does. Which is all well and good, so why the reason for the OMG's, well that is because of a cliffhanger. Just when things are looking up one event happens and you are left waiting on the edge of your seat. Literally I kept swiping my kindle hoping there was more, that it wasn't going to torture me so, but that wouldn't be JJ Knight's style, she seems to be the "Queen of Cliffhangers". I should have listened to JJ Knight when she said to wait, but what is the fun in that?!?! I can't wait for #3, I NEED to know what happens!!!!

Volume 2 lets us tune in more to Maddie & what she's thinking. If we didn't catch on from 1 we know now that she wants to be back with Parker just as much as he wants to be back with her. Parker made it through the blow but it was slow coming out of that post blow haze. He's now got decisions to make & they aren't easy ones. Maddie isn't sitting back & waiting too much either as she tries to figure out how they can make things work. This volume focuses on the decisions they both need to make, the compromises they are willing to make, & the rematch no one wants Parker not to make. The ending of course leaves Maddie with some old chums of Parker's & those of us reading waiting to see how the result of their meeting plays out.

OMG wow Maddie and Parker are back together but things get intense and Parkers past comes back to bite him in the butt and wow on a cliffy well JJ you were right what a cliffy and how long do we have to wait til the next book you say hope like just tomorrow when it comes out lol... but as most know Maddie works for a Designer and he has a person wanting them to design a wedding dress .. now my question is is it really a famous person as in royalty or is it someone else and if so makes me wonder though hmm have a theory but to find out what i mean well clickie the buy button and then read then review then wait very patiently for the next book in which i can't wait til it does come out cause their is a kidnapping involved but who's well again buy then read it to find out lol...

This might be my favorite book yet by JJ Knight!! If I could give this book more than 5 stars I would. Be prepared for one heck of a cliffhanger!! I am so ready for book #3!!

Fight For Her #2 had me on a roller coaster ride. Maddie watching Parker get beat in the ring. Wondering what she's going to do, what he's going to do. Will he stay and work a "normal" job or leave her and Lily alone? Can she stand by and watch him fight in the future if that's what he chooses? We get a chance to see Colt and Jo and the interaction at Buster's. Will Parker seek advice from Colt? Can Colt help Parker if decides to continue to fight? All these questions will be answered and in turn the book will create more questions! :)

This book has everything you could ask for hot alpha tattooed MMA fighter, strong woman and some hot sex!!
