I felt uneducated when my friends were talking about Yo-Yo Ma and I didn't know who he was so I checked out this book and listened to his music on Youtube while I read. Though he is the rock-star of cello playing and a prodigy child, the author did a great job to make him real. She used his actual quotes several times and it gave great insight into his personality. If you want to be inspired, read this book!
