USA Today Bestselling Author Ella Fox has learned a bunch of stuff along the way but the most important of all those things is that anything is possible when you try. In 2012 she took a big leap of faith and published her first book, Broken Hart. Once that happened, her entire life changed.
Ella's favorite things are music, movies, traveling, and, of course, reading. This isn't a surprise considering the fact that her mom is USA Today Bestselling Author Suzanne Halliday.

This is one of my most favorite series out there!!!! I loved each of these books one more than the other. I read each as they were released and these are my combined reviews… there may be some spoilers along the way so read at your own risk….
Broken Hart – Oh Dante, you sexy beast!
I absolutely loved this book!!! Ella Fox’s talent never ceases to amaze me!
Dante Hart is the oldest Hart brother and is severely broken because of the absolutely horrible childhood he had. Being the oldest he takes on the responsibility of being both mother and father to his twin sisters and brothers (well Spencer is an honorary brother). What he doesn’t realize is that even with the unfortunate circumstances they had to deal with he did a fabulous job and should be commended. But he doesn’t see it that way, he falls for all the bullshit he was told as a child and sees himself as bad person and unworthy of true happiness. That all changes when he meets Sabrina. For the first time in his life he wants to take a chance.
Sabrina Tyler has been in love with Dante Hart pretty much since the first day she met him. She becomes his secretary and best friend and fights her feelings for him for over a year. What she doesn’t realize is that Dante has the same feelings for her but is just scared out of his mind to express them.
But holy hell when these two finally come together make sure you have a fire extinguisher nearby because your reading device just might catch fire!!!! These two are absolutely phenomenal together! Dante and his dirty talking mouth have definitely met their match in Sabrina!!!
“Don’t take them off, he growled. I’ve imagined you wearing those heels while I fucked you on my desk for the last year. They stay on.”
I loved loved loved this story – did I already say that?!! It was such a great beginning to this series and I cannot wait to read about the rest of these characters!
Shattered Hart -- Damien Hart -- what are we going to do with you?!
I loved Damien and Brooke together! We got our first glimpse of them in Broken Hart and I couldn’t wait to get their story!
Damien, much like his sexy as hell brother, Dante, is so scared to have a serious relationship with anyone because of the awful childhood they had. He knows there is something different about Brooke from the very first minute he meets her, he just can’t bring himself to have her. I won’t lie, there were some points where I really wished I could jump into my ipad and shake some sense into him -- he really did mess with Brooke’s feelings a lot throughout this story. I get it though, he was hurting too and just couldn’t accept the fact that he was one of the good guys, it would have been a loving shake lol…
Brooke is an awesome character, she is so sweet and strong and my heart broke for her more than once throughout the story. She is so in love with Damien that she allows him to get away with some hurtful actions, but in the end sticking it out was so very worth it! When these two finally come together, it might very well burn your reading device.
“I’m about to make you mine Brooke. Mine. Are you ready?” “I want you to take me Damien, but when you do, you’re mine too. Be very sure this time, because I won’t give you up after this.”
I love the Hart boys and their ladies so very much and am really looking forward to book three!
Loving Hart -- I want to marry Spencer Cross when I grow up ☺
I absolutely loved this book from the very first page to the last page without question…. The love of Spencer Cross and Delilah Hart was just spectacular and so beautifully written!
My favorite part was how the story begins when they are children and takes us through adolescence and adulthood. We get to learn so much about them and the awful life they lived as children and the incredible bond they formed in spite of it. Delilah has known from a very young age that she wants to become Mrs. Spencer Cross and the way she goes about it – going to Spencer at different points in the story for what she needs was just fucking priceless! She knows he will always give her what she wants and needs because he is head over heels in love with her. Lucky girl that she is…..
Spencer Cross is one of the swooniest, most loving, absolutely beautiful and just down right sexiest book boyfriends out there and I will love him forever!
“You’re mine Delilah. MINE. I don’t want anyone touching you. “Tell me who you belong to” I cried out when he stopped and pulled out of me entirely. “Do you hear me Delilah? Tell me who you belong to.”……. “I need to know for sure, need to have the memory of you saying the words”
These two characters will forever hold a special place in my heart! I won’t lie to y’all I have read this book at least three times, maybe four including this last time, it is one of my all time favorites!!!! Thank you Ms. Fox for bringing these beautiful characters into my life. Missing Hart -- I floved me some Dillon Cooper!!!
Wow, where do I even begin with this review? I absolutely loved this story! I can always depend on Ella Fox to deliver a story with characters that I will fall head over heals in love with and this book was certainly no exception!!! I love the way all the Hart stories are written so that we get to go back in time and more and more of the story is revealed in each book.
Dominique Hart is such an amazing character. The things that she has endured will break your heart – ya I definitely ugly cried while reading this story. I never realized what a truly strong character she was until reading this! So many secrets come out during this read, things I never saw coming and I loved every minute of it!!!
Dillon Cooper is such an honorable, sweet, sexy, dirty talking hero!!! His character is such a fabulous addition to the Hart Family! I loved the way he loved Dominique, he always knows exactly what she needed and when…. well except for a few parts where he kinda lost his mind and I was tempted to kick him lol…
“When I tell you that you’re the most beautiful girl in the world, I don’t just mean on the outside. It’s your strength, your character, your mind, your heart and your essence on top of the physical perfection that you have that makes you beautiful. You’re so much more than you think that you are, baby. It’s going to be my pleasure to let you get to know yourself through my eyes”
You can’t not love these characters and their stories, they just get better and better in each book!
Finding Hart -- 5 Freaking Fabulous Finale Stars!!!!!
So this book starts off where Missing Hart ended and ties up all the loose ends in the series in absolute Ella Fox perfection!!!!! I loved having all the different point of views (Dillon, Spencer, Delilah and Dominique) and living the story through the emotions of each of the characters. There are so many different plot twists and the guessing doesn’t stop until the end when all our questions are answered.
I fell in love with the Harts after reading book one and have been hooked ever since. The fabulous thing about this book is that not only is it about the 2 designated couples, but we also meet and get to know some other really amazing characters and unfortunately not so really amazing as well lol…
This was such an emotional read for me, not only was I scared because of the situation the twins were in but there were so many secrets revealed and it was just touching to me to see how everyone handled it all.
The epilogue left me with such a happy heart and quite frankly a blubbering fool!! I loved loved loved this series and this ending was just perfect for all of the characters! Thank you Ms. Hart for bringing these amazing characters into my world – the Hart Family Series will forever hold a special place in my heart!!!
Ella Fox takes us on an emotional rollercoaster with the Hart Family and their partners.
Out of all the books Dante and Rina are my favorite couple. I read their story when it was first released and was happy to re-read . I love the friendship that the two main characters formed with each other.
I also loved how storylines repeated throughout . I loved reading it from a different couples POV. I also liked the different POV in the main characters.
Some of the storylines are a bit tough to read but sadly there are people like their parents in the real world.
I enjoyed this entire box set. I got a little frustrated with book two because I found it very repetitive they way the author had the characters going through the scene from one point of view the doing the same scene from the others point of view. Luckily she only did that in book two.
Overall I really enjoyed all the characters and the love stories. I cried with the ladies in every book. And I rejoiced with them when their men finally got their acts together.
This box set shows you the lives of all the Hart siblings and their friends. Each of the Hart siblings have been through a lot but each of them are learning to put their guard down and let love in their lives. I absolutely loved this box set, each story was great!!! I could not stop reading and I didn't want it to end!! I am looking forward to reading more from this author!!
Blah! The story never develops into anything and it is filled with cheesy dialog. I read a lot of this genre of books and the one star rating is well deserved. I forced myself to read the first book minus the bonus scenes. I cannot force myself to continue past 20%.
Broken Hart Review: In my opinion EH!!! There is not much to it but sex. I didn't find any character growth. In my opinion Sabrina took too long to put Dante in his place.
Shattered Hart Review: Shattered Hart is told from Brooke and Damien's points of view, it would have been fine but it was going over the same thing and it sounded the same. It was like reading the same thing over and over. I found Brooke and Damien very immature. I found myself kind of bored.
Loving Hart Review: I liked the start of Loving Hart. You get the history of Delilah and Spencer. Once I got past the past I really didn't like Spencer much. The only thing is that he was honest with Delilah and that he would be cheating but it doesn't mean anything. REALLY!!! In my opinion not cool. The fact that Delilah was okay with it was crazy. I felt Delilah deserved better.
Unbroken Hart Review: Mostly Dante's POV of when he met Sabrina. We get what Dante was feeling when he met Sabrina. It's an okay read. In my opinion it just going over the same things.
Missing Hart Review: In my opinion Missing Hart is full of twist. I found it kind of sad. I like Dillion he is sweet, loyal and very protective. I liked how he was very protective of Leah and would do anything for her. Dominique is very selfish and full of lies. In my opinion Dillion deserves better. In my opinion there is just to much going over the same thing but different points of view. I got bored with that.
Finding Hart Review: This was my favorite all the Hart Series. I got the suspense I was looking for. I loved how Delilah and Dominique had each others back. I loved how the whole family worked together original and new members. In my opinion this was a good epilogue to the series.
In my opinion this boxed set is not worth it. There is too much going over same thing but from different points of view. I found myself bored with most of the series. In my opinion Missing Hart is the best of the series. I would not recommend.
These books are the most enjoyable books I've had the pleasure of reading. I love the closeness of the family, the way older brother Dante protects his siblings especially the twins Delilah and Dominique. I purchased the bundle which means I read all the Hart stories, the love between these people is unbelievable but yet amazing. There is so much passion, love and very hot scene in the book but there are crazy moments that kept me reading well past my bedtime while sitting on the edge of my seat and my heart racing. Simply beautiful and well written, I love every word of the books.
This was the first Ella Fox book that I read and since then she has stayed in my top 5 go to authors for a re-read!!!
Each book centres on a different Hart sibling - my favorite was Dante and Sabrina. Dante is a pure alpha hot headed type of guy - the type that i love.
There is a great mix of sexy scenes, comedy and angst which is what makes an ideal book for me. I love the way Ella writes a story and challenge you not to become addicted. #foxfanaticforever
This series brought out so many moments of heartache and heartwarming moments. The chemistry between each couple and the entire family as a whole was amazing.
This box series is highly recommended for fans of romance who are more mature as they include graphic descriptions of the chemistry of each couple.
My most fav couple from the book has to be damien brooke and dillion n dominiques. Both the stories had more emotional grip i love in books. 6th book is my absolute fav.
I enjoyed each and every story by each family member, and l love the ending where all the family members lived in one community.... It's really indicates love, and dedication towards each other..
I am so grateful I read this box set. The Hart family and their extended family were a wonderful read. Dante, Damien and Spencer are brothers who live in horrendous circumstances but have dedicated themselves to taking care of their twin sisters - Delilah and Dominique. This box set follows each family member as they deal with their demons form the past, mistakes and missteps they have taken throughout their lives. However through it all they never had to worry that one of their siblings would have their back. Once their parents die and their Aunt comes to take care of them their lives slowly begin to get better. Each finds their soul mate though none of their journeys are on smooth paths. You will cheer for Dante and Sabrina, hooping that he realizes what he has in her and how to keep her. Spencer and Delilah show us that you may meet the one at a very young age and realize that they are your world even if you fight it. Damien and Brooke were surprised how attracted they were to each other but as a confirmed bachelor believing he has nothing to give to a woman their road to come together is hard fought. Dominique and Dillon came together over a tragedy and thought they found everything they wanted until a little lie blows everything up. Dillon and Leah find the family they never knew they had and must deal with the issues that come from this revelation. Delilah and Dominique are twins who can feel each other. Each would do whatever was necessary to help the other. When they find out the truth about themselves there is joy and some trepidation. I can't wait to read about the rest of the extended Hart clan - Flynn Leah.
I decided to write a review for the whole series and not just one book at a time since for me, each book is a part of a whole and every book is about one Hart family member.
I really enjoyed these books, really, really enjoyed them. The story touches down on many aspects of life; heartbreak, deception, sex, drugs, abuse, healing, trust, forgiveness and love. Once I started the first one I couldn´t stop, I just had to find out ASAP how this would all end. I did like some of the books better than others, but...if you are going to start reading, you have to read them all to get the whole story.
There is a plot there and some twists and turns that surprised me and I liked that.
Two things bothered me a little bit though. The first one is that some conversations and incidents kept repeating themselves through out the books, probably due to the fact that if you read the books as soon as they were coming out, one at a time (with maybe months in between), you might have needed to catch up on certain things, but not so much when you are reading them all at once.
The other thing is that there was too much sex and too long sex scenes. Yes, you are reading this right! I know these books are supposed to be erotic and all that and I like reading sex scenes in books, but sometimes it was almost the only thing that happened chapter after chapter and they sometimes were just dragged out for no reason instead of putting a bit mory storyline into it.
But overall, I liked the story and my avarage rating for all 6 books are 4 stars.
I am so mad at this series. I bought the e-copy of the 6 book set and I'm on book 5 so I figure I might as well finish it all out but man, I'm ticked. I try not to do negative reviews because I've been criticized for things I've made in the past and it sucks. It's also taught me that everything is about perspective. But I can't help it with this series.
The author seems to posit throughout the entire series that LA is minuscule and everyone there lives within blocks of each other, works in the construction industry and is somehow all related. Oh, or they all have part time jobs at the same bookstore.
Further, apparently it's fine to marry/screw people you're REALLY close to being related to. And if you don't have 14 orgasms every night, you're not really in love.
The biggest problem for me? People can switch their sexual orientation on a whim. WTF. Seriously. I haven't come to the explanation for that yet (although I have read the lame and insulting attempt to portray the effects of child sexual abuse) but I'm so ticked by the implication that I keep having to stop reading to stop from throwing my iPod against the wall.
I feel like these characters and the story arc could have been represented so much better if the author tried to develop external characters as partners instead of "my half brothers half brother". And for Pete's sake, let the lesbian be a lesbian and not just "confused". Man, that makes me mad. Seriously.
1. Dante and Sabrina were off the charts. I couldn't put this book down. You could feel the tension from there very first meeting and it got extremely hotter as the book went on. This was an amazing book to start the series and I look forward to reading the rest of the series. 2. Damien and Brooke's story was great but I thought there was a lot of repeating from the first book. It was good to get to see some of the things that happened in the back ground but there was a little to much of the same dialogue. 3. Spencer and Delilah's story was truly beautiful. I loved the first moment spencer laid eyes on her when he was four and she was just a baby. It was an innocent connection that grew into a beautiful love story. 4. It was good to get the back ground story to Dante and what happened with his parents. It was sad to find out what pieces of trash his father and mother were. I can't wait to read more about their new additions to the family. 5. Well what an amazing story. I think Dillion and Dominique story was the best by far but I hated that it ended on a cliff hanger. I can't wait to read the rest of the story. 6. This is the last book in the series and it didn't disappoint. To see how all the pieces came together was amazing and I didn't see a lot of it coming. Amazing series, one of the best.
Wow! Amazon has this box set for less than a Dollar and it is worth much more!
What a journey! So glad that I got this box set in special because the story line is in order and made it easier to follow it up.
This family is definitely amazing. Every single book gets you hooked up. Lots of family issues, coincidences, love and great sex.
There is violence and mention of abuse against children and woman so if that bother you, don't read this box set.
I liked Dominique and Dillon's story more just because some of their issues hit very close to my heart and it made me cry but overall all the books are great and honestly I could not put it down until everybody had their HEA. In the end of the last book you get to know a little bit more 7 years ahead and I loved that.
This is a great light read for a lazy day at home. Well... in the end the house cleaning had to wait because I had to read all the stories... lazy me. :-)
I will have to get "The renegade Saints Series" to read about Leah's story.
This was a long read but I loved being able to read one book to another right away. I will definitely be reading the Renegade spin off series next. Sometimes the sex scenes seemed long winded because it would be one really lengthy one then move right in to three more lengthy ones. I felt they could've been broken up a little more in the first couple books. But the writing got better with each book. Sometimes when there is so many secondary characters the book can suffer because it's hard to blend them all in well enough to keep the reader interested and even remembering all the characters. But Ella Fox did a great job! I loved the close family relationships and everyone had a good role as secondary characters but then seamlessly led into their own books as main characters. Also the timeline in all the books overlapped and wow, great job! That seemed so realistic to me. Instead on one love story, then another, they were all going on behind the scenes, over the years and the different books just pulled everything together.
I was in a book funk, and came across this on my kindle. Couldn't tell u when I got it but I'm so glad I did. I have started a few books and they didn't hold my attention. OMG,This sure did. The Harts, Crosses, and the Coopers did. I couldn't put the box set down. I was hooked
There is so much In this book that will break it heart and have u thanks g God for family. This also teaches you family isn't always blood. Out of all the characters in this set Spencer and Delilah r my favorite. I absolutely love the twins, Delilah and Dom. Dante, Damien and Spence have a pact to never fall for anyone GIRL and to never get married. They don't ever want to be like there so called parents. I don't want to say much because I don't want to mess up the story for u. Just grab a copy and dig in. If I could I would give it 10 stars..
i liked these books and they are a good read i think i would have enjoyed them more if id had a break in between but as i had the box set i just read them all the story is good and some serious hot sex in it i might actually say too much i love an erotic book but when it all the time it get boring an i had my first ever cringe moment an ive read some dark shit but sombody licking between some ones toes omg i vomitted in my mouth lol . i think it was the recapping it seemed to go over previous stuff and this family can keep secrets damn an you really need to pay attention by about the 4or 5 th book to remember whos related to who or it can get very confusing but other than that it a good read not one i will go back and re read again i feel like now ive read it thats it for me
My first time reading this author's work and I was greatly impressed and absolutely LOVED these books. We're talking about dysfuntional family, sex craved and crazy parents ... but oh boy when they find love ... these ( all 6) books are explosive with the hottest passion. So well written and descriptive, I could actually see the characters loving, laughing, arguing, loving some more ( OMG the loving) :) ... I laughed (out loud more than a few times), I cried when they cried. I loved these books and I am so glad I got the box set because I read one book after the other and was a little lost when I read the last word on the last page. Now for Flynn's and Leah's stories (gotta one click tonight). This series is a must read! Ms.Fox, you've got a fan :)
The first two books were ok but very formulaic and could be repetitive. They were a struggle to get through. The dialogue was quite adolescent in places. I am all for angst followed by a happy ending but the whole "I love you so so so much" mushiness was hard going and off-putting.
However, I enjoyed Spencer & Delilah's book. It was a little different for the first ones. The author then really picked up with the very last two books. It was exciting with some seriously wacky bad "guys". I thoroughly enjoyed these two books.
The epilogue was sickly sweet and just lovely though.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
I would love to be a part of their clan! Right from the very first book I became totally enraptured with the story. The journey through all six of these books is an immense and thrilling one. There are highs , lows and some heart shattering moments that will leave you in a tailspin of emotions.
Each book has a focus of a family member but I love that we still get to connect with the characters that have already been written about, making this a must have series.
You won't be disappointed , you will add this to your go to list and will read it over and over again :)
The Hart Family series was an absolute fabulous read. This series was a combination of six books by Ella Fox. The Hart Family was made up of two sisters and three brothers and each book was focused on a different sibling finding their true love. The storylines were well thought out with so much emotion and detail that it blew me away. The characters had amazing chemistry that you instantly felt their connection and love. This series was the perfect example of how a family sticks by one another through good times and bad, and they truly overcame some truly horrible circumstances. I would highly recommend this series and can't wait to start more series and books by Ella Fox.
Book 1 - Dante & Sabrina - very steamy. I struggled a little with the very formal dialogue.
Book 2 - Damien & Brooke - dual pov that didn't really work as it got repetitive and very insta.
Book 3 - Spencer & Delilah - better, more story
Book 4 - a short novella from Dantes pov
Book 5 - Dominque & Dillon - I didn't think I was interested in their story - but the author did provide a believable interesting history for these too - probably my favourite! Cliff-hanger ending though.
Book 6 - various pov and a bit more grit involving kidnapping etc. Still steamy and very sugary sweet ending with epilogue.
