The Second Holocaust: How the AIDS Epidemic Was Created in a CIA Black Operation
The product of 35 years of research, THE SECOND HOLOCAUST is an authoritative exploration into the US government's experiments in viral weaponry. It is not for the faint of heart. Editors and professional writers who have previewed it have said it is the scariest, most intriguing, book they have ever read. One author found it so compelling that he read the entire work in one sitting, because, like a catastrophic train wreck, he just could not look away.
Meiers first encountered this story in California's Silicon Valley in the late 1970s as the CEO of a high tech solar energy corporation on the cutting edge of a new technology who found himself under assault by a large group of people who were "all cut from the same cloth." There were Israeli nationals, a very attractive young woman who had recently graduated from the University of Moscow, but most were US citizens, all of whom had high government security clearances for their work with spy satellites. Meiers objected to their sneaky, surreptitious intrusion into his personal life, but since he had nothing to hide, rather than outwardly object, he succumbed and investigated them as they investigated him. What he discovered was the CIA illegally operating on US soil as well as one of their agents, the Reverend Jim Jones. After the Jonestown massacre, Meiers thought he was the only person in the world who believed the CIA had killed 900 Americans and a US congressmen, until he met Joe Holsinger; Congressman Ryan's attorney and long time friend. When he sat down for a meeting with Holsinger in his Foster City home, a year had passed since Jonestown and people from around the world had been sending Holsinger information that confirmed Meiers's findings.
In 1989, Meiers published WAS JONESTOWN A CIA MEDICAL EXPERIMENT? A REVIEW OF THE EVIDENCE. It is a scholarly work, extremely lengthy and tedious in detail and meant to document all the firsthand accounts. It was well received by researchers, but never intended for the general public as evidenced by the publisher's $175 cover price. Meiers then attempted to write a second book for the mass market, but that effort was cut short in 1996 when former CIA Director William Colby died under suspicious circumstances immediately after Meiers interviewed him. Meiers knew that anyone who got too close to this story ended with a bullet to the brain so he continued his research in private for the next 17 years while trying to live a normal, quiet life.
Today, Meiers is long in years and short in days. This is his life's work, his last work, and a definite must read.

Michael's first book, Was Jonestown a CIA Medical Experiment? a review of the evidence, which he published it in 1988, blew the doors off the cover story of the whole Jonestown affair. It was a long, well documented journey into the darkest corners of an intelligence agency that subverted republican democracy and replaced it with tyranny. It also cost hundreds of dollars, which told me that there was something in it that powerful people did not want America to know. This book "creeped me out" but I wanted to know more.
Just when I thought we would hear no more from Michael he published this book. He summarized much of his first book and brought the incredible story of Jonestown up-to-date. Michael has illuminated what Jonestown really was - an experiment in genocide using the HIV virus and mind control techniques. Michael also documents how AIDS was developed to target minorities, mostly Africans, and how it was spread to the target populations. Wow! What a story!
This talented and courageous author also makes connections that will roll your socks down. The Patty Hearst kidnapping, the Mayor Moscone and Supervisor Harvey Milk murders, the shutting down of virtually all of the mental health treatment facilities (connected to Ronald Reagan), the fact that Jim Jones did not die in Guyana, and much more...
This book is a gold mine and a must read, if you have the courage to take the darkest journey of your life!

Just when I thought we would hear no more from Michael he published this book. He summarized much of his first book and brought the incredible story of Jonestown up-to-date. Michael has illuminated what Jonestown really was - an experiment in genocide using the HIV virus and mind control techniques. Michael also documents how AIDS was developed to target minorities, mostly Africans, and how it was spread to the target populations. Wow! What a story!
This talented and courageous author also makes connections that will roll your socks down. The Patty Hearst kidnapping, the Mayor Moscone and Supervisor Harvey Milk murders, the shutting down of virtually all of the mental health treatment facilities (connected to Ronald Reagan), the fact that Jim Jones did not die in Guyana, and much more...

Definitely a fantastic storyteller. Whether or not you enjoy conjecture mixed with fact , some call poetic license, this will either add to your knowledge, open up even more rabbit holes or gaslight you.
Reading different books about the same incidents , one gets the same general basic facts with different scenarios thrown in, depending on the author’s’ sources. A telltale sign for me of whether or not the author did his homework is footnotes. A book without footnotes usually means, the author took his information from sources whose books also lacked footnotes. A very dubious practice. After reading a few books in this genre, one recognizes authors names in the bibliography.
I read the Apple Books ebook version. Please go to the books app on your iPhone and check out the description. Even the description has quite a tale to tell.
Don’t bother reading his first book/manuscript. I read it in PDF format someone had scanned . Most of the 1st book is included in this book.
I gave it 4 stars due to the lack of footnotes. He also repeated many racists tropes. He admits Ch.5 is all poetic license, but how much of the rest is just poetic license conjecture from one of his sources who didn’t admit it was poetic license? Still, I love reading this kind of stuff. It’s a wild fantastic depiction of Jim Jones at the center of AIDS, & Patty Hearst/SLA .
What hooked me was the Nazi connection he makes at the beginning & ending. and the timing is everything reminders he repeats throughout the book . He also highlighted the role of MIC military industrial complex, very sinister when one is reminded of “Operation WarpSpeed “ and the roll out of COVID-19 vaccines. Almost 40 years after AIDS. YIKES, enjoy!
