This book is presented as a self-instruction manual in the disciplines of Alchemy and Kabbalah. These two branches of Western mysticism are often studied separately, and rarely does one come to understand the profound connection that exists between them.
The purpose of this book is to help the student begin to see Alchemy and Kabbalah as a single science or a single art. Furthermore, it seeks to provide tools that allow one to correct oneself, elevate consciousness, and, in the best case, draw closer to their divine nature. This is the true aim of Alchemy and Kabbalah.
Through the analysis of the symbolic language of Alchemy, we will begin to understand great secrets of the soul and the cosmos that the sages of antiquity expressed allegorically. Likewise, we will see how this cryptic language relates to the Kabbalah that developed from the late Middle Ages to the present day.
This work seeks to help the student expand their perspective of reality by integrating ideas and concepts that transcend religious dogma. Expanding consciousness means understanding that there is not a single truth, but a sea of truths.
