Family and Love through PTSD
Jason is a man truly suffering from a painful time in his life while serving his country. His family and friends are there for him, but he finds peace when his sister-in-law Rachel is around. Rachel has so much going on in her own life but she does her best to help Jason. Their attraction is mutual and starts to blossom, until an incident pushes Jason to run off. I love Rachel's determination, her actions in finding her man, letting him see just how much she loves him and that truly he isn't alone in this fight dealing with his PTSD. Loved this story, but I'm a little disappointed by the ending.

What an endearing series! Two families - The Belmonts and the Nichols.
One family is rich while the other recycles anything and everything. Opposites attracts in this series and that was why I love their connections!
In book two of the Men in Boston,"The Marines Defiant Lover" Victor and Sharon from book 1 are now married with a baby on the way. Victor brother, Jason a former Marine is living in Victor and Sharon's home dealing with the aftermath of war --- PTSD.
Visiting is Sharon's eccentric sister, Rachel and there is a noted attraction between Jason and Rachel similar to Victor and Sharon's relationship in Book 1.
I loved Rachel's spunky attitude and that is exactly what Jason needs in his life. She helps to ward off the panic attacks and nightmares with just a sweet smile and gusty personality that calms Jason. Both have secrets that they hide from each other and it all comes out in clever ways.
Spencer, the youngest Belmont brother is still the playboy who is busted by Rachel's band member Julia. Can't wait to see how that relationship falls into play.
