Anne Welch. What can I say about you and your awesome book. You definitely did not disappoint. You are a riot and it shows in your book. I am so glad I had the opportunity to read It's An Anne Thing. It was a short read but it was fantastic.
There was many parts of the book that were funny and I laughed so hard, which made my dad look at me weird.
1. "Dear people who leave children and pets in hot cars. I will break your window or windows. Then Tase you and lock you in a hot porta potty. That is all."
2."Tips on making extra money: Make a sign that says "FREE HUGS!" During the hug, whisper, "But it's $50 to let go." If they try to pull away gently show them your Taser."
I would have mention more but I don't want Anne to kill me for writing out her whole book.
Anne you did a great job. There better be a second book.

This is a novella EVERYONE needs.
I for one am keeping it near me at ALL times - there are lessons taught, and so much joy is spread
It's lighthearted and so very funny. I suggest you don't read this with a drink in hand.
I highly recommend this book - wonderful, delightful, charming read!

If you've met Anne, this book is an extension of her humour and shenanigans that make me laughing daily over on Facebook. She's a stalker, a houseboy collector, a TASER lover, a bad--er, good?--neighbour to hot neighbour... She's a gal set out to make you laugh.

My side is killing me from laughing so damn hard. This is a short , but so damn funny little read. Anne has a quick wit, smart mouth and funny outlook on things . With the stories of how the houseboys came to be , to hot neighbors to just randomness you won't stop laughing, giggling, and wonder if you can start your own set of houseboys. I can't wait to read more from the life of Anne Welch , and until then I will have to stalker her on FB but something tells me she will be ok with that!!!

'It's An Anne Thing' by Anne Welch is absolutely freaking hilarious! This is by far the funniest book I've ever read. I was in tears while reading and my sides hurt from the laughter! If you read this book in public chances are people will look at you like you've lost your mind when you randomly start cracking up! Highly recommend this book to anyone that needs a laugh! Well done, Anne!

I had the pleasure of meeting Anne Welch at a book signing convention. I'll never forget how she introduced herself to me. "Hi. I'm Anne, and I don't write romance novels. I write about kidnapping houseboys with duct-tape and keeping them in my basement." -WHAT? - and she said it with a straight face! I had to know more about her book and I'm telling you, it is the funniest book I've read in a very long time. No, it's not a romance - it is just Anne telling you her thoughts for the day.
This is one of those books that I keep on my desk and pull out to read everyday. Her comedic flair is contagious. This is not a book that has to be read from cover to cover or in order. This is a book you can pick up, take a chance, open it in the middle, read and laugh out loud. I loved it, and I have read it over and over and over. I'm just ashamed that I haven't written a review before now! This is a short book, only sixty-eight pages, but it's worth every penny you pay for it. Now, if you will excuse me, I need to see if she has a "date" with a handsome policeman. Apparently, court can be considered a date - right? 5 stars!

If you need help with your Houseboys, duct tape lessons, roping lessons, Taser classes Anne is your Girl. This book was laugh out loud Funny, Enlightening (As to a proper way to stalk someone), and encouraging for any stalker out there. Anne is a great friend and I know this to be true as I was a witness to some of the Shenanigan's. Can't wait for the next installment of It's An Anne Thing!!!! Way to go Girly!!!

This was a very funny read. The hot neighbor chapter had me attempting to read the scenes out loud to my hubby. He couldn't understand half of what I said due to my laughter. Well done! The reason I gave it a 4 was due to editing. A professional edit would have taken this book from good to brilliant. I am looking forward to reading all of this author's stories. She has a wicked sense of humor that is very relatable.

Literally LOL'ed!!!

Hilarious! If you are looking for something short & entertaining, this is right for you! I LOL several times so according to Ms. Welch, she has done her job! I can't wait to read more shenanigans from this author!

I listened to this as a free book on Audible. This is a quirky book. There are a lot of funny one liners, but I found it very disjointed. The narrator was excellent, but I felt the book needed more substance.
