I received an electronic copy in exchange for a review.

This is a short comic covering one story, i.e., what happens when you give Bart a chemistry set? Predictably, first boredom, then mayhem. While well-drawn, this comic lacked the complexity of a typical Simpsons episode. It only works on one layer, while the Simpsons work on many layers.

Still, for a simple story, it's decent if, as I said, predictable.

While quite a bit different from the television show, I found it funny nonetheless. As always, Bart is finding a way to get into trouble. He uses his brand new chemistry set to rope his friend Milhouse into his scheme. Naturally, what could possibly go right in this situation?

I received a free copy of this through LibraryThing in exchange for an honest review.

“Simpson’s Formula for Disaster” by Treasunpearl Inc, is a short but vividly illustrated graphic episode of the Simpson’s cartoon series which has provided popular television entertainment for over 20 years. In “Formula of Disaster” Bart receives a chemistry set from his well-meaning but not so bright Uncle Herb, and Springville may never be the same.

Join Bart and Milhouse as they stumble upon a super-lubricant capable of giving lightning-like speed to whatever they apply it to. The colors are brilliant on my Kindle Fire HDX, and the story is easy to follow. This is the sort of colorful reading experience that can light a fire under your reluctant reader, turning him or her into a reading dynamo.

Bart receives a chemistry set in the mail from his rich uncle. He is bored with it, but it excites his friend, Milhouse. Bart and Milhouse throw all sorts of things into their magic potion, and it turns out able to make things go faster. Spraying it everywhere in sight produces fun results, but leaves them with none to sell their mad scientist friend.

I receive this e-book through a LibraryThing giveaway in exchange for a fair and honest review.

This book contains one tale with Bart.
Bart receives a chemistry set and... that's all. A very plain story, with no surprises.
I like it but its not like the tv show.
