Having Have READ "WHITE LINES: ALL FALLS DOWN", I wondered what was the purpose of splitting up the books into THREE PARTS, OTHER THAN TO LINE THE POCKETS OF THE AUTHOR.
While spending some time in a quiet, college campus atmospheric town for a few years, I found myself visiting the city's public library a lot, which is how I found the entire "WHITE LINES" Series (among a few others like: Carl Weber's " THE FAMILY BUSINESS" series; Desiree's "THE CARTER BOYS" series; Jimmy DaSaint's "BLACK SCARFACE" Series, among others).
Bored beyond words while residing in that small, mostly NON-BLACK community, I found myself immersed in the characters of theses book series & copped EVERY LAST ONE OF THESE BOOKS AS WELL AS THE SERIES IN THE PARENTHESIS for my OWN collection.
Thinking that "LOST DIAMOND","BORN","LOVE/HATE" were different books THAN THE SERIES EACH WAS BASED ON, I ALMOST SPENT MONEY ON THEM, UNTIL A REVIEWER POINTED OUT THAT THE THREE PARTS of LOST DIAMOND/BORN/LOVE-HATE WERE THE SAME AS WHITE LINES BOOK 1 I decided AGAINST IT!
I did, HOWEVER, BORROW them FROM THE LIBRARY THOUGH JUST TO BE SUPPORTIVE.
