I’m really grateful for resources like this. The book clearly explains what ibs and related digestion issues are, lays out the plans of action to deal with them, and then gives comprehensive lists and recipes to follow for the low-fodmap diet. I haven’t gotten to try out the recipes yet, but I think I’ll be using them for years to come, because they look amazing. This really helped me feel more comfortable taking on the low-fodmap diet for my own digestive health.

Doing research for my mother - not me, yet. It’s very complicated and counterintuitive. You can’t eat many healthy things!

Poorly explained and recipes often have "no list" ingredients. The Whole 30 is light-years better in addressing and providing interesting recipes.

Useful

I am having to take on the FODMAP lifestyle because of health issues. So thankful for a chance to have less health issues.
